Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Engineering Jobs at Radware Jobs
Align your credentials to Radware's stack
Radware's Engineering roles center on network security, application delivery, and hardware-software integration. Frame your resume around protocols, embedded systems, or cybersecurity experience so your background maps directly to their Electronics and Hardware product lines.
Build your H-1B case around specialty occupation evidence
For H-1B petitions, USCIS scrutinizes whether a role qualifies as a specialty occupation requiring a directly related degree. Engineering positions in hardware security or network infrastructure typically meet this bar, but your offer letter should specify technical duties clearly.
Use Migrate Mate to filter open Engineering roles
Not every job listing signals visa sponsorship willingness. Use Migrate Mate to browse Engineering positions at Radware that are verified for sponsorship, so you focus your time on applications that are actually open to international candidates.
Account for H-1B cap timing in your offer negotiations
If you need a new H-1B and aren't currently in status, your start date can't precede October 1 of the relevant fiscal year. Build that window into your timeline when negotiating a start date with Radware's hiring team.

Find Engineering at Radware JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Radware sponsor H-1B visas for Engineers?
Yes, Radware has sponsored H-1B visas for Engineering roles. Their work in network security and application delivery hardware creates demand for specialized technical talent, and the company has used H-1B sponsorship to fill those gaps. Confirm with the recruiter that the specific role you're applying for is approved for sponsorship before moving through the interview process.
How do I apply for Engineering jobs at Radware?
You can browse and apply for Engineering positions at Radware through their careers page or through Migrate Mate, which filters for roles open to visa sponsorship. When you apply, tailor your resume to highlight experience in networking, cybersecurity, or hardware-software integration, since those are the technical areas Radware's Engineering teams focus on most.
Which visa types does Radware support for Engineering roles?
Radware has sponsored H-1B visas and worked with F-1 OPT candidates for Engineering positions. TN visas are also a supported pathway for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying engineering occupations. If you hold a different visa type, ask the recruiter whether the role can accommodate your specific status before investing time in later interview rounds.
What qualifications does Radware expect for Engineering candidates?
Radware's Engineering roles typically require a bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, electrical engineering, or a related technical field. Hands-on experience with network protocols, cybersecurity platforms, or embedded systems development strengthens your profile considerably. For H-1B purposes, your degree should have a clear connection to the specific duties of the role, which USCIS evaluates closely for specialty occupation eligibility.
How do I plan my timeline if I need H-1B sponsorship from Radware?
The H-1B cap lottery opens in March for an October 1 start date, so you'd need a signed offer and a filed petition before the lottery window closes. If you're transitioning from OPT, your current work authorization needs to cover the gap until October 1. Start conversations with Radware's recruiting team well in advance of the March filing window to give both sides enough lead time.
