Frame your resume around technical sales cycles
Radware sells to IT and security buyers, so your resume should show experience managing complex, consultative sales cycles rather than transactional ones. Highlight familiarity with networking, cybersecurity, or application delivery concepts alongside quota attainment.
Target roles requiring prior security vendor experience
Radware's Sales job postings frequently reference competitive knowledge of firewall, DDoS mitigation, or load balancing markets. Positioning yourself against those specific product categories signals fit before the first screen and strengthens your case for sponsorship investment.
Confirm employer sponsorship intent before accepting an offer
Ask the recruiter directly which visa types Radware will support for your role. Radware has filed H-1B and supported F-1 OPT and TN candidates, but sponsorship decisions vary by position level and hiring timeline, so get written confirmation early.
Use Migrate Mate to find active Radware Sales openings
Radware's sponsored Sales roles don't always surface clearly on general job boards. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for Radware positions that are open to visa sponsorship, so you're applying to roles where authorization is already on the table.
Align your OPT or TN start date with the hiring timeline
If you're entering on F-1 OPT, your 90-day unemployment clock starts immediately. Coordinate your application timeline so your Radware offer and start date fall within your authorized period, leaving no gap that triggers a status violation.
Understand how DOL prevailing wage rules affect your offer
For H-1B filings, USCIS requires employers to pay the DOL prevailing wage for your specific Sales role and work location. If Radware's offer is below the Level II or Level III wage for your metro area, the petition faces compliance risk at filing.

Find Sales at Radware JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Radware sponsor H-1B visas for Sales roles?
Yes, Radware has sponsored H-1B visas for Sales positions. Because H-1B sponsorship requires a specialty occupation classification, roles that emphasize technical selling, enterprise account management, or solutions consulting tend to have a stronger sponsorship case than general sales positions. Confirming the specific role's classification with Radware's HR team before applying is the most reliable way to set expectations.
How do I apply for Sales jobs at Radware?
You can browse open Sales roles directly on Radware's careers page or use Migrate Mate to filter for Radware positions that accept visa sponsorship. When applying, tailor your materials to Radware's core product areas, which span DDoS protection, web application firewalls, and application delivery. Referencing competitive deals you've closed in adjacent security or networking markets helps differentiate your application in early screening.
Which visa types does Radware commonly use for Sales hires?
Radware has supported H-1B, F-1 OPT, and TN visa holders in Sales functions. F-1 OPT is common for candidates transitioning from U.S. universities, particularly those with STEM-designated programs that extend the OPT period to 36 months. TN status is available to Canadian and Mexican citizens in qualifying professional categories. H-1B remains the primary long-term sponsorship path for roles that qualify as specialty occupations.
What qualifications does Radware expect for sponsored Sales roles?
Radware's Sales roles in the Electronics and Hardware space typically require a bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, computer science, or engineering, alongside demonstrated experience in B2B or enterprise technology sales. Familiarity with cybersecurity or networking concepts is frequently listed as a requirement, not just a preference, which also strengthens the specialty occupation argument needed for H-1B sponsorship.
How do I time my application to align with H-1B filing deadlines?
H-1B petitions for cap-subject roles must be submitted to USCIS by early April for an October 1 start date. That means you need an offer from Radware finalized by late February or early March to give legal counsel enough time to prepare and file. If you miss the cap, cap-exempt alternatives or an F-1 OPT bridge may keep you authorized while waiting for the next lottery cycle.
