Align your credentials with specialty occupation standards
Manufacturing roles at a materials company like Rehrig Pacific often require demonstrating that your position requires a specific degree, not just any bachelor's. Document how your engineering or materials science credentials tie directly to the technical demands of the role before you apply.
Research Rehrig Pacific's manufacturing sites before outreach
Rehrig Pacific operates production facilities across the U.S. manufacturing plastic pallets, containers, and carts. Knowing which facility is hiring and what materials or process engineering functions it handles strengthens your application and shows operational awareness interviewers will notice.
Use Migrate Mate to find open Manufacturing roles
Rehrig Pacific's manufacturing openings aren't always easy to track across job boards. Use Migrate Mate to browse their current visa-sponsoring Manufacturing positions in one place, filtered by role type and visa category, so you can apply before positions close.
Prepare for PERM documentation if pursuing a Green Card
Rehrig Pacific's EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship means some Manufacturing hires go through PERM labor certification. Get transcripts, foreign credential evaluations, and employment verification letters ready early because DOL's PERM process requires precise documentation and delays are hard to recover from.
Clarify sponsorship scope during the offer stage
Before signing an offer, confirm in writing which visa category the company is sponsoring, whether they cover filing fees, and whether they use outside immigration counsel. Manufacturing roles at Rehrig Pacific may follow different internal processes than their corporate or engineering tracks.

Find Manufacturing at Rehrig Pacific Company JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Rehrig Pacific Company sponsor H-1B visas for Manufacturing roles?
Yes, Rehrig Pacific Company has a history of H-1B sponsorship that includes Manufacturing functions. If you're targeting a production, process engineering, or materials role, confirm during the interview process that the specific position qualifies as a specialty occupation under USCIS standards, since not every manufacturing title meets that threshold.
How do I apply for Manufacturing jobs at Rehrig Pacific Company?
You can browse Rehrig Pacific's open Manufacturing positions through their company careers page or through Migrate Mate, which filters roles by visa sponsorship eligibility. When applying, tailor your resume to the specific manufacturing function, whether that's process engineering, production operations, or quality systems, and address your work authorization status clearly in your application materials.
Which visa types does Rehrig Pacific Company commonly use for Manufacturing hires?
Rehrig Pacific has sponsored Manufacturing roles under H-1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, TN, J-1, and employment-based Green Card categories including EB-2 and EB-3. TN visas are an option for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying engineering roles. F-1 OPT is a practical entry point for recent graduates before an H-1B petition is filed.
What qualifications does Rehrig Pacific Company expect for sponsored Manufacturing roles?
Rehrig Pacific operates in plastic manufacturing and materials handling, so sponsored Manufacturing roles typically require a background in mechanical, industrial, or materials engineering, or a related technical discipline. Hands-on familiarity with injection molding, process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma, or polymer materials science is directly relevant to their production environment.
How do visa processing timelines affect a Manufacturing job start date at Rehrig Pacific?
If you're transitioning from F-1 OPT to H-1B, your start date is gated by the October 1 cap-subject start date, which means an April filing and a months-long gap between offer and start. TN visas, by contrast, can be approved at the border or port of entry, making them faster for eligible candidates in qualifying Manufacturing roles.
