Align your credentials to specialty occupation standards
H-1B eligibility for Operations roles hinges on whether the position requires a specific bachelor's degree, not just any degree. Document how your engineering, supply chain, or industrial management degree directly maps to the role's technical requirements before applying.
Target plant and manufacturing operations openings specifically
Rehrig Pacific's Operations hiring centers on its manufacturing facilities and distribution network in the chemicals and materials sector. Focus on roles tied to production, process improvement, or logistics rather than corporate generalist positions, which face higher specialty occupation scrutiny.
Browse open Operations roles through Migrate Mate
Use Migrate Mate to filter Rehrig Pacific's current Operations openings by visa sponsorship type. This lets you confirm which specific roles the company is actively filling and tailor your application to positions where sponsorship is already expected.
Understand TN eligibility for cross-border Operations candidates
If you're a Canadian or Mexican national, TN status under USMCA can cover qualifying Operations roles in industrial engineering or management. Confirm your job title maps to an approved TN category before the offer stage to avoid last-minute reclassification issues.
Time your OPT application around Rehrig Pacific's hiring cycle
Rehrig Pacific sponsors F-1 OPT, which means you can start in a role while your employer prepares for H-1B. Apply for OPT STEM extension early if your degree qualifies, because the 60-day grace period leaves little room for delays between offers and start dates.
Prepare your PERM documentation before the Green Card conversation
If you're targeting EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship, your employer will need to run a PERM labor market test through DOL before filing your immigrant petition. Gather performance reviews, transcripts, and any specialized training records now so that process doesn't stall on your end.

Find Operations at Rehrig Pacific Company JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Rehrig Pacific Company sponsor H-1B visas for Operations roles?
Yes, Rehrig Pacific Company sponsors H-1B visas for Operations positions. To qualify, your role must meet USCIS's specialty occupation standard, meaning it requires a specific bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as industrial engineering, operations management, or supply chain. Roles tied to manufacturing processes or technical operations functions are the strongest fit for H-1B eligibility at a chemicals and materials manufacturer like Rehrig Pacific.
How do I apply for Operations jobs at Rehrig Pacific Company?
You can find and apply for Rehrig Pacific Company's Operations openings through Migrate Mate, which filters roles by visa sponsorship type so you can confirm sponsorship is on the table before you apply. When applying, highlight relevant manufacturing, process improvement, or supply chain experience directly. Roles at Rehrig Pacific span production facilities and distribution operations, so tailoring your application to the specific site and function improves your chances.
Which visa types does Rehrig Pacific Company commonly use for Operations hires?
Rehrig Pacific sponsors several visa types for Operations roles, including H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT and CPT, J-1, and immigrant pathways through EB-2 and EB-3. F-1 OPT is often the entry point for recent graduates, with H-1B or Green Card sponsorship following for longer-term hires. TN is available for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying engineering or management categories.
What qualifications does Rehrig Pacific Company expect for Operations roles?
Rehrig Pacific's Operations roles in the chemicals and materials sector typically require a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, operations management, supply chain, or a closely related technical field. Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes, lean operations, or continuous improvement methodologies strengthens your application significantly. For H-1B purposes, your degree and job duties need to align specifically, so avoid emphasizing generalist management experience over technical specialization.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for an Operations role at Rehrig Pacific Company?
Timeline depends on the visa type. H-1B standard processing through USCIS takes four to six months, with premium processing available to reduce that to two to three weeks. TN for Canadians can be approved at the border on the same day. If Rehrig Pacific is sponsoring a Green Card through EB-2 or EB-3, expect the full PERM labor market test through DOL plus USCIS petition processing, which together can run 18 months or more before priority date considerations.
