Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution:
- Lead technology projects from initiation through implementation while following established IT project management methodologies.
- Manage all phases of project delivery including:
- RFP development
- Vendor selection
- Proof of concepts
- Requirements gathering
- Design and configuration
- Development and testing
- System integrations
- Data conversion
- User acceptance testing
- Go-live and project closeout
- Oversee projects across multiple technology domains including:
- Enterprise applications

- IT operational improvements
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, issue logs, risk registers, action item trackers, and key decision documentation.

- Evaluate projects proactively to identify risks, dependencies, resource conflicts, and process gaps before they impact delivery.
- Drive projects forward by identifying blockers, facilitating decisions, and ensuring accountability across teams.

- Foster collaboration, accountability, and transparency across all levels of the organization.
- Promote a team-oriented environment focused on execution, communication, and continuous improvement.
Communication & Reporting:
- Provide regular project status updates, executive summaries, risk assessments, mitigation plans, and escalation reporting.
- Analyze project performance metrics and synthesize complex information for leadership decision-making.
- Deliver clear and professional written and verbal communication to technical teams, management, and executive leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, CIS, Business, or related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
- PMP certification preferred.
- Minimum 6–8 years of experience managing multiple large-scale, complex IT projects.
- Proven experience leading enterprise technology initiatives in dynamic environments.
- Strong project evaluation, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and multiple concurrent projects successfully.
- Ability to remain flexible, adaptable, and fluid across different project types, business units, and technical environments.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and shared resources.

- Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
