- Design and maintain standard operating procedures, playbooks, and training for your area (onboarding, recurrent training, updates for new laws/tooling).

- Work with Privacy Engineering and tooling teams to scope, test, and roll out automation and new LE tools, reducing manual handling of PII and error rates.
- Lead incident-driven and media-sensitive workstreams (e.g., missing-minor cases, SIEs tied to LE requests), ensuring tight coordination with Critical Harms, Comms, and Public Policy teams.
- Own metrics, dashboards, and reviews for your domain: volumes, turnaround, QA trends, rework, and capacity planning; present findings and plans to LE Engagement and Legal/Public Policy leadership.
- Contribute to multi-year roadmap and headcount planning for LE Ops (e.g., BPO vs. FTE mix, regional coverage, specialization).
- Represent LE Ops in cross-functional strategy forums (e.g., LE automation, Trusted Flagger, outreach programs) and help align operational reality with external commitments.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
You have:
- 8+ years in law enforcement response, trust & safety operations, legal operations, or similar, with at least 2+ years people-management experience (direct reports).
- Deep familiarity with US and International criminal legal process, ECPA, CLOUD Act, content vs. non-content, emergency disclosures, and cross-border constraints.
- Proven track record managing an operations queue at scale (high volume, SLA-driven, quality-controlled environment).
- Experience building or refining SOPs, training programs, QA frameworks, and operational dashboards.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects with Legal, Policy, Eng, and Safety, including change-management and stakeholder alignment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior leadership and translating nuanced operational risk into clear recommendations.

Frame your PM credentials around technical programs
Roblox's Project Program Manager roles sit at the intersection of engineering and product. Tailor your resume to highlight experience coordinating software releases, infrastructure rollouts, or platform migrations rather than general operations or business programs.
Research Roblox's LCA filings before your interview
DOL's OFLC disclosure data shows the prevailing wage levels Roblox has certified for program management roles. Knowing the wage tier your target role falls under helps you negotiate confidently and confirms the company has an active sponsorship pipeline for this function.
Target open roles through Migrate Mate's job board
Migrate Mate filters Roblox Project Program Manager openings by visa type, so you can identify which roles have active sponsorship attached before you apply rather than finding out after an offer.
Clarify sponsorship scope during the offer stage
Roblox sponsors multiple visa categories for this role. Ask your recruiter explicitly whether the offer covers only H-1B or also includes E-3, TN, or H-1B1 pathways, since your nationality determines which petition route the company's immigration counsel will file.
Align your application timeline with H-1B cap windows
If you need H-1B cap sponsorship, USCIS registration opens in March for an October 1 start. Target Roblox's recruiting cycle in late 2025 or early 2026 so any offer converts to a petition before the registration window closes.
Highlight cross-functional scope in behavioral interviews
Roblox's program management interviews weight stakeholder alignment and ambiguity resolution heavily. Prepare examples where you coordinated multiple engineering or product teams simultaneously, since their PM roles operate across large distributed organizations with competing priorities.

Find Project Program Manager at Roblox JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Roblox sponsor H-1B visas for Project Program Managers?
Yes, Roblox sponsors H-1B visas for Project Program Manager roles. The company also supports H-1B1, E-3, and TN pathways depending on your nationality, as well as F-1 OPT extensions and Green Card sponsorship through the EB-2 and EB-3 categories. Confirming which pathway applies to you is worth raising directly with the recruiter once you receive an offer.
How do I apply for Project Program Manager jobs at Roblox?
Applications go through Roblox's careers portal, where openings are listed by team and location. Migrate Mate aggregates Roblox's Project Program Manager postings and filters them by visa sponsorship type, so you can see which roles align with your immigration situation before you apply. Tailor your application to emphasize technical program delivery and cross-functional coordination experience.
Which visa types does Roblox commonly use for Project Program Manager roles?
Roblox has sponsored H-1B, H-1B1, E-3, TN, and F-1 OPT for Project Program Managers, as well as immigrant visa sponsorship through EB-2 and EB-3. Australian citizens can pursue the E-3, Canadian and Mexican nationals the TN, and Singapore and Chilean nationals the H-1B1, each of which bypasses the general H-1B lottery.
What qualifications does Roblox expect for Project Program Manager roles?
Roblox's Project Program Manager roles typically require a bachelor's degree in a related field such as computer science, engineering, or business, combined with hands-on experience managing technical programs at scale. Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks, experience coordinating across distributed engineering teams, and a track record driving large platform or infrastructure initiatives are common expectations reflected in their job postings.
How do I plan my timeline if I need visa sponsorship at Roblox?
Timeline depends on your visa category. H-1B cap filings require USCIS registration in March, with employment starting October 1 at the earliest. E-3, TN, and H-1B1 petitions have no cap and can be filed year-round, often with faster processing. If you're on F-1 OPT, confirm your OPT expiration date before your start date to avoid any gap in work authorization.
