Key Responsibilities
- Technical Leadership: Lead the end-to-end design and development of all vehicle wiring harnesses and power/signal distribution systems.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Manage and align internal engineering teams and external supplier resources to deliver on-time, high-quality milestones.
- Standards & Best Practices: Establish, maintain, and implement engineering best practices for automotive electrical systems to guarantee consistency across diverse vehicle platforms.
- System Integration: Oversee the complex vehicle packaging and routing of electrical systems to optimize space, efficiency, and reliability.
- Data & Lifecycle Management: Drive technical accuracy within system engineering tools including EBOM, Teamcenter, and NX.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education: Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or an equivalent engineering discipline (e.g., Materials, Chemical, Civil, Aerospace, Computer) from an ABET-accredited university.
