INTRODUCTION
SentiLink provides innovative identity and risk solutions, empowering institutions and individuals to transact with confidence. We’re building the future of identity verification in the United States replacing a clunky, ineffective, and expensive status quo with solutions that are 10x faster, smarter, and more accurate. We’ve seen tremendous traction and are growing extremely quickly. Our real-time APIs have helped verify hundreds of millions of identities, starting with financial services and rapidly expanding into new markets. SentiLink is backed by world-class investors including Craft Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, NYCA, and Max Levchin. We’ve earned recognition from TechCrunch, CNBC, Bloomberg, Forbes, Business Insider, PYMNTS, American Banker, LendIt, and have been named to the Forbes Fintech 50 list every year since 2023. Last but not least, we’ve even made history - we were the first company to go live with the eCBSV and testified before the United States House of Representatives on the future of identity. SentiLink supports a variety of ways to work, ranging from fully remote to in-office. We operate as a digital-first company with strong collaboration across the U.S. and India. We maintain physical offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U.S., and in Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India. If you’re located near one of these offices, we would love for you to spend time in the office regularly. Some roles are hybrid or in-office by design. For example, our engineering team in India works primarily from our Gurugram office.

Frame your PM credentials around risk systems
SentiLink builds identity verification and fraud detection infrastructure. Tailor your resume to highlight experience managing programs in fintech, data pipelines, or risk products. Reviewers at SentiLink are looking for PMs who understand technical systems, not just delivery frameworks.
Confirm your visa type fits their pattern
SentiLink has sponsored both EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visas alongside F-1 OPT and TN. If you're on OPT, verify your STEM extension eligibility before applying, since a 24-month STEM extension gives you a longer runway before the company needs to file an H-1B petition.
Target roles aligned with active product areas
SentiLink typically hires Program Managers to support specific product lines rather than generalist delivery roles. Look for job descriptions that reference identity fraud, synthetic identity, or credit risk products. Matching your application to an active initiative signals you're ready to contribute immediately.
Raise sponsorship directly in the recruiter screen
Don't wait until the offer stage. Ask during the first recruiter call whether the role is open to candidates requiring visa sponsorship. SentiLink's hiring patterns suggest they do sponsor for this function, but confirming early prevents wasted rounds if a specific headcount is excluded.
Use Migrate Mate to track open Program Manager roles
SentiLink's Program Manager openings can open and close quickly. Use Migrate Mate to filter for sponsored PM roles at SentiLink specifically, so you're applying when a position is live rather than discovering a closed listing after preparing a tailored application.
Understand the PERM timeline before accepting an offer
If you're pursuing an EB-2 or EB-3 Green Card through SentiLink, PERM labor certification typically takes 12 to 18 months before USCIS adjudication begins. Factor that timeline into your offer negotiation, especially if your current work authorization has an expiration date within two years.

Find Program Manager at SentiLink JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does SentiLink sponsor H-1B visas for Program Managers?
SentiLink's documented sponsorship activity for Program Manager roles has included F-1 OPT and TN classifications rather than H-1B filings specifically. That doesn't rule out H-1B support, but you should confirm directly with their recruiting team during the process. If you're currently on OPT, SentiLink's pattern suggests they're willing to engage candidates in that status for this function.
Which visa types are commonly used for Program Manager roles at SentiLink?
SentiLink has sponsored F-1 OPT, TN, EB-2, and EB-3 classifications for roles including Program Manager. TN is available to Canadian and Mexican nationals working in qualifying professional categories. EB-2 and EB-3 are immigrant visa pathways that require employer-initiated PERM labor certification through the DOL before USCIS can adjudicate the petition.
What qualifications or experience does SentiLink expect for Program Manager roles?
SentiLink typically looks for Program Managers with experience running complex cross-functional initiatives in a technology or fintech environment. Familiarity with fraud detection, identity verification, or risk infrastructure is a strong differentiator. Most roles expect you to operate autonomously across engineering and product teams, so demonstrated ownership of technical programs matters more than certifications alone.
How do I apply for Program Manager jobs at SentiLink?
You can browse and apply for sponsored Program Manager openings at SentiLink through Migrate Mate, which filters specifically for roles open to visa sponsorship. When you apply, tailor your materials to SentiLink's fraud and identity product focus. Expect a recruiter screen followed by a structured interview loop covering program execution, stakeholder management, and technical product understanding.
How do I plan my timeline if SentiLink sponsors my Green Card as a Program Manager?
If SentiLink agrees to sponsor an EB-2 or EB-3 Green Card, the PERM labor certification process through the DOL typically takes 12 to 18 months. USCIS adjudication of the I-140 petition follows after that. If your priority date is current, you can file for adjustment of status concurrently. Start this conversation with your hiring manager before signing an offer so expectations are aligned from day one.
