INTRODUCTION
SentiLink provides innovative identity and risk solutions, empowering institutions and individuals to transact with confidence. We’re building the future of identity verification in the United States replacing a clunky, ineffective, and expensive status quo with solutions that are 10x faster, smarter, and more accurate. We’ve seen tremendous traction and are growing extremely quickly. Our real-time APIs have helped verify hundreds of millions of identities, starting with financial services and rapidly expanding into new markets. SentiLink is backed by world-class investors including Craft Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, NYCA, and Max Levchin. We’ve earned recognition from TechCrunch, CNBC, Bloomberg, Forbes, Business Insider, PYMNTS, American Banker, LendIt, and have been named to the Forbes Fintech 50. We have also been named a 2026 FICO Industry Vanguard Decision Award Winner. Last but not least, we’ve even made history - we were the first company to go live with the eCBSV and testified before the United States House of Representatives on the future of identity. SentiLink supports a variety of ways to work, ranging from fully remote to in-office. We operate as a digital-first company with strong collaboration across the U.S. and India. We maintain physical offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U.S., and in Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India. If you’re located near one of these offices, we would love for you to spend time in the office regularly. Some roles are hybrid or in-office by design. For example, our engineering team in India works primarily from our Gurugram office.
ROLE
We’re looking for an experienced Learning & Development professional to build and scale learning at SentiLink. This is a foundational role. You’ll define our learning strategy, mature existing programs, and build new ones that help employees, managers, and leaders grow throughout their careers. You’ll own learning across the employee lifecycle - from onboarding and fraud education through to manager development, leadership capability, performance enablement, and knowledge sharing. Some programs already exist; many don’t. You’ll be expected to identify where learning can have the biggest impact, design practical solutions, and deliver them. This role reports to the Head of People and partners closely with leaders across the company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own SentiLink’s learning and development strategy, identifying capability gaps and prioritizing learning initiatives that have measurable business impact.
- Design, build, and continuously improve learning programs across the employee lifecycle, including company onboarding, department onboarding, fraud education, manager development, leadership development, and ongoing professional growth.
- Partner with leaders across the business to understand capability needs and develop practical learning solutions that improve individual and organizational performance.
- Design and facilitate engaging workshops, training sessions, and learning experiences for employees, managers, and leaders across the company.
- Improve how employees access and share knowledge by helping build scalable learning resources, documentation, and self-service tools.
- Measure the effectiveness of learning programs and use data and feedback to continuously improve outcomes.
- Act as the primary owner for learning and development at SentiLink, balancing long-term strategy with hands-on execution.
REQUIREMENTS
- 6-10 years of experience in Consulting (leading learning, change management, or organizational effectiveness workstreams), Learning & Development, Talent Development, or similar.
- Experience building and scaling learning programs rather than simply delivering existing content.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage a range of audiences.
- Strong program management skills and the ability to independently drive multiple initiatives from idea through execution.
- Experience designing practical, engaging learning experiences for adult learners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment where you’ll be building many programs from the ground up.
- Curious, collaborative, pragmatic, and highly execution-oriented.
PREFERRED
- Experience in a startup or high-growth technology company.
- Experience supporting technical organizations.
COMPENSATION
$155,000-$200,000/year + equity + benefits
PERKS
- Employer paid group health insurance for you and your dependents
- 401(k) plan with employer match (or equivalent for non US-based roles)
- Flexible paid time off
- Regular company-wide in-person events
- Home office stipend, and more!
CORPORATE VALUES
- Follow Through
- Deep Understanding
- Whatever It Takes
- Do Something Smart

Frame your background in fraud risk terms
SentiLink works on identity fraud and credit risk problems. Before applying, reframe your Strategy experience around risk modeling, product monetization, or trust-and-safety metrics. Hiring managers respond to candidates who already speak the company's problem space.
Verify SentiLink's E-Verify enrollment before applying
Employers must be enrolled in E-Verify to hire F-1 OPT workers. Confirm SentiLink's enrollment status through the E-Verify employer search tool so you know your OPT eligibility is covered before you reach the offer stage.
Target your outreach to Strategy roles specifically
Use Migrate Mate to filter open Strategy positions at SentiLink and track which roles have appeared repeatedly. Recurring postings signal active team growth and a higher likelihood the hiring manager has budget and urgency to move quickly.
Clarify TN eligibility if you hold Canadian or Mexican citizenship
TN status covers certain management and analyst roles but requires that your job title and duties map to a USMCA-listed occupation. Work with your employer's counsel early to confirm the Strategy role qualifies before USCIS or a port of entry review.
Sequence your application to avoid OPT gaps
F-1 OPT gives you a 60-day grace period after employment ends. If you're transitioning from another employer, time your SentiLink application so an offer and start date fall within that window, avoiding unauthorized status before the new role begins.
Prepare a PERM-ready credentials package early
EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship through the PERM labor certification process requires documented education and experience records. Gather official transcripts, employment verification letters, and any publications or project records before you receive an offer, not after.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does SentiLink sponsor H-1B visas for Strategys?
SentiLink's publicly documented sponsorship activity covers EB-2, EB-3, F-1 OPT, and TN visa pathways. There is no confirmed public record of H-1B visa sponsorship for Strategy roles specifically. If H-1B is your target visa, raise it directly during the offer stage and ask the recruiting team which pathways they actively support for this function.
Which visa types are commonly used for Strategy roles at SentiLink?
SentiLink has sponsored F-1 OPT for early-career Strategy hires, TN for Canadian and Mexican citizens in qualifying analytical or management roles, and EB-2 or EB-3 for candidates pursuing permanent residence. The right pathway depends on your nationality, degree, and how your job duties are classified. Discussing your situation with an immigration attorney before accepting an offer helps avoid delays.
What qualifications are expected for Strategy roles at SentiLink?
SentiLink typically looks for candidates with a background in fintech, consulting, or data-driven product strategy. A bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field is the baseline, with graduate degrees common at senior levels. Experience with fraud risk, credit infrastructure, or B2B SaaS growth is a meaningful differentiator. Strong SQL or analytical modeling skills appear frequently in job postings for this function.
How do I apply for Strategy jobs at SentiLink?
Browse open Strategy positions at SentiLink through Migrate Mate, which filters job listings by visa sponsorship type so you can confirm which roles align with your immigration status before applying. Once you identify a role, apply directly through SentiLink's careers page. Tailor your application to the fraud detection and identity verification context SentiLink operates in, since generic Strategy framing tends to underperform for this type of company.
How do I manage the timeline between a SentiLink offer and my visa filing?
For F-1 OPT, you can start within your authorized period without waiting for additional USCIS action, but your employer must complete I-9 verification and E-Verify enrollment first. For TN, approval can happen at a port of entry on the day you travel. For EB-2 or EB-3, PERM labor certification alone can take 12 to 18 months before USCIS petition filing begins, so start conversations with the employer's legal team as early as possible.
