INTRODUCTION
SentiLink provides innovative identity and risk solutions, empowering institutions and individuals to transact with confidence. We’re building the future of identity verification in the United States replacing a clunky, ineffective, and expensive status quo with solutions that are 10x faster, smarter, and more accurate. We’ve seen tremendous traction and are growing extremely quickly. Our real-time APIs have helped verify hundreds of millions of identities, starting with financial services and rapidly expanding into new markets. SentiLink is backed by world-class investors including Craft Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, NYCA, and Max Levchin. We’ve earned recognition from TechCrunch, CNBC, Bloomberg, Forbes, Business Insider, PYMNTS, American Banker, LendIt, and have been named to the Forbes Fintech 50 list every year since 2023. Last but not least, we’ve even made history - we were the first company to go live with the eCBSV and testified before the United States House of Representatives on the future of identity. SentiLink supports a variety of ways to work, ranging from fully remote to in-office. We operate as a digital-first company with strong collaboration across the U.S. and India. We maintain physical offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U.S., and in Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India. If you’re located near one of these offices, we would love for you to spend time in the office regularly. Some roles are hybrid or in-office by design. For example, our engineering team in India works primarily from our Gurugram office.
ROLE
We’re looking for a Product Manager with a technical background to lead internal initiatives within SentiLink’s Tech organization. This team builds and maintains SentiLink’s core internal technology, spanning critical datasets, internal services, and the underlying platforms that support our products and analytics. Many of these systems are data-heavy and highly interdependent, requiring strong product stewardship to ensure clarity, quality, and coordinated execution. While the portfolio will include a range of internal technical projects, many of the most impactful initiatives are deeply data-driven. You will work on efforts that improve how we acquire, structure, and operationalize data across the company—building internal assets that support both current product lines and future innovation. You will bring product discipline and project leadership to work that spans engineering, data science, solutions analytics, and product teams. In this role, you will partner with teams across the company to understand how internal systems and datasets are used today and what they must support as we scale. You will translate varied internal needs into clear product requirements, prioritize improvements, and drive delivery from concept through adoption.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for internal technical initiatives, with a strong focus on data‐intensive systems and foundational datasets.
- Lead cross-functional efforts to improve the quality, reliability, and usability of internal systems, including datasets, shared services, and internal platforms.
- Drive long-term initiatives to future-proof internal data and technology assets, ensuring they scale with evolving product, analytics, and operational needs.
- Partner with engineering, data science, solutions analytics, and product stakeholders to understand use cases, clarify requirements, and identify interdependencies.
- Manage prioritization across competing internal demands, balancing immediate impact with long-term strategic value.
- Translate complex internal needs into clear, actionable specifications and ensure alignment across teams.
- Apply structured project management to initiatives with multiple teams, ambiguous problem spaces, and intricate technical dependencies.
- Define and track success metrics for internal systems and datasets, such as quality, completeness, latency, reliability, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Communicate roadmap, progress, risks, and tradeoffs to internal stakeholders at all levels.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience with data-heavy or platform-oriented products, with a focus on ML/Data Science strongly preferred.
- Hands-on experience working with large datasets, ideally in distributed or big-data environments (e.g., Spark, Databricks, BigQuery, Snowflake, similar).
- Strong understanding of big data concepts, data pipelines, data cleaning/normalization, and data modeling.
- Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with engineering, data science, and analytics teams on deeply technical problem spaces.
- Experience driving large internal initiatives with multiple stakeholders and managing substantial cross-functional dependencies.
- Proven ability to structure ambiguous requirements, prioritize effectively, and deliver predictable execution on complex technical programs.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences and facilitate alignment across teams.
- A forward-looking, durability-focused mindset—ensuring internal systems and datasets are built for scale, maintainability, and long-term adaptability.

- $180,000/year - $230,000/year + equity + benefits

Frame your fraud domain expertise clearly
SentiLink builds identity and fraud prevention infrastructure for financial institutions. Before applying, document product work specifically involving risk scoring, synthetic identity detection, or data-driven fraud models. Generic product experience won't stand out in this specialized hiring context.
Align your degree field to the role
EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship requires your degree to support a specialty occupation. For Product Lead roles at a fintech company, degrees in computer science, information systems, or quantitative fields map more cleanly than general business degrees when USCIS evaluates the petition.
Target roles with active PERM-eligible patterns
SentiLink has sponsored EB-2 and EB-3 categories, which involve PERM labor certification through DOL. When you reach the offer stage, ask directly whether the role is eligible for employment-based Green Card sponsorship and what the typical timeline looks like for product leadership hires.
Negotiate OPT start dates around product cycles
If you're on F-1 OPT, your 90-day unemployment limit runs continuously. Time your application push to align with SentiLink's hiring cycles rather than applying broadly and waiting. Product roles at fintech companies often open after funding rounds or major platform launches.
Use Migrate Mate to filter verified sponsorship openings
Searching general job boards won't tell you whether a specific Product Lead role at SentiLink is open to visa sponsorship. Use Migrate Mate to surface and filter roles by visa type, so you're only spending time on positions that match your authorization needs.
Clarify TN eligibility before accepting an offer
TN status requires your role to map to an approved USMCA occupation category. For Canadian or Mexican nationals pursuing a Product Lead title at SentiLink, confirm with the hiring team that your specific job duties satisfy a qualifying TN category before USCIS paperwork begins.

Does SentiLink sponsor H-1B visas for Product Leads?
SentiLink's documented sponsorship activity focuses on EB-2, EB-3, F-1 OPT, and TN categories rather than H-1B. That doesn't mean H-1B sponsorship is off the table, but it isn't a category they're known for in this function. If H-1B sponsorship is critical for you, raise it directly during the recruiter screen to confirm the role's eligibility before investing time in the process.
How do I apply for Product Lead jobs at SentiLink?
Applications go through SentiLink's careers page, where Product Lead openings are listed when active. To find roles filtered specifically by visa sponsorship eligibility, Migrate Mate surfaces SentiLink's open positions alongside sponsorship details. When applying, tailor your materials to SentiLink's focus on fraud prevention and identity verification products, since generic product management applications are unlikely to advance.
Which visa types does SentiLink commonly use for Product Lead hires?
SentiLink has sponsored international Product Lead hires across EB-2 and EB-3 employment-based Green Card categories, F-1 OPT for recent graduates, and TN visas for Canadian and Mexican nationals. Each pathway has different eligibility requirements and timelines. F-1 OPT offers the fastest entry, while EB-2 and EB-3 require PERM labor certification through DOL and take significantly longer.
What qualifications does SentiLink expect for Product Lead roles?
SentiLink builds fraud and identity infrastructure for banks and lenders, so Product Lead candidates are expected to bring experience managing data-intensive or risk-related products, not just general SaaS experience. A technical undergraduate degree strengthens your immigration petition as well as your candidacy. Demonstrated ownership of product strategy, cross-functional collaboration with engineering, and comfort working with structured datasets are consistent expectations across their product leadership hires.
How do I think about timing when pursuing sponsorship at SentiLink?
If you're on F-1 OPT, the 60-day grace period after employment ends gives you limited runway, so apply when you have runway remaining, not after a gap. For EB-2 or EB-3 paths, PERM labor certification alone can take 12 to 18 months, meaning Green Card sponsorship is a long-term commitment from both sides. Raise sponsorship needs early in the interview process so both parties can plan accordingly.
