Frame your fraud prevention domain expertise
SentiLink's core product addresses synthetic identity fraud for lenders and fintechs. Before applying, document specific experience with fraud risk, credit decisioning, or identity verification so your background aligns with the technical complexity of their sales conversations.
Confirm your visa type matches their patterns
SentiLink has filed under both EB-2/EB-3 and TN categories, so Canadian and Mexican nationals on TN status and F-1 OPT holders both have a documented path. Verify which category fits your citizenship and degree field before outreach to avoid misaligned conversations with hiring managers.
Target SentiLink's financial institution partnerships pipeline
Business Development roles at SentiLink focus heavily on enterprise deals with banks, credit unions, and fintechs. Highlight experience closing or expanding accounts in those verticals specifically, since their open roles consistently reflect this segment focus rather than broad B2B sales.
Negotiate offer terms that cover PERM sponsorship
EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card sponsorship requires a PERM labor certification filed with DOL, a process that typically takes 12 to 18 months before the I-140 petition stage. Confirm during offer negotiation whether SentiLink will initiate PERM for your role, not just H-1B or status transfers.
Use Migrate Mate to surface active SentiLink openings
Business Development Lead openings at SentiLink don't always appear consistently across major job boards. Use Migrate Mate to filter for SentiLink roles specifically tagged for visa sponsorship so you're applying to positions where international candidates are actively being considered.
Align your OPT timeline with their sales hiring cycles
F-1 OPT gives you 12 months of work authorization, with a 60-day grace period after employment ends. If you're approaching the end of OPT, discuss H-1B cap-season timing with SentiLink's recruiter early, since USCIS H-1B registration opens in March for an October 1 start date.

Find Business Development Lead at SentiLink JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does SentiLink sponsor H-1B visas for Business Development Leads?
SentiLink's sponsorship history for Business Development Lead roles includes EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa categories as well as F-1 OPT and TN classifications. H-1B sponsorship is not explicitly documented in their filings for this function, so candidates should ask the recruiter directly whether H-1B transfer or new cap filing is on the table before advancing in the process.
How do I apply for Business Development Lead jobs at SentiLink?
Applications go through SentiLink's careers page, but roles that specifically support visa sponsorship aren't always labeled clearly there. Migrate Mate filters for SentiLink openings where international candidates are actively considered, which helps you avoid investing time in applications where sponsorship isn't available for Business Development Lead positions.
Which visa types are commonly used for Business Development Lead roles at SentiLink?
SentiLink has sponsored Business Development Lead candidates under F-1 OPT, TN, and EB-2/EB-3 immigrant visa pathways. TN is available to Canadian and Mexican citizens whose degree and role fall under qualifying USMCA occupational categories. F-1 OPT is common for recent graduates, while EB-2 and EB-3 represent longer-term permanent residence sponsorship for established professionals.
What qualifications and experience does SentiLink expect for Business Development Lead roles?
SentiLink's Business Development Lead openings consistently require experience selling data or API-driven products to financial institutions, banks, or fintechs. Familiarity with fraud risk, credit underwriting workflows, or identity verification technology significantly strengthens your candidacy. Enterprise deal experience and comfort working closely with technical teams are recurring expectations across their posted roles.
How do I understand the timeline for getting a Green Card through SentiLink's EB-2 or EB-3 sponsorship?
EB-2 and EB-3 sponsorship begins with a PERM labor certification filed with DOL, which typically takes 12 to 18 months. After PERM approval, SentiLink files an I-140 immigrant petition with USCIS. Your total wait for a Green Card then depends on your country of birth and the State Department's Visa Bulletin priority date backlog, which can range from months to years.
