INTRODUCTION
SentiLink provides innovative identity and risk solutions, empowering institutions and individuals to transact with confidence. We’re building the future of identity verification in the United States replacing a clunky, ineffective, and expensive status quo with solutions that are 10x faster, smarter, and more accurate. We’ve seen tremendous traction and are growing extremely quickly. Our real-time APIs have helped verify hundreds of millions of identities, starting with financial services and rapidly expanding into new markets. SentiLink is backed by world-class investors including Craft Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, NYCA, and Max Levchin. We’ve earned recognition from TechCrunch, CNBC, Bloomberg, Forbes, Business Insider, PYMNTS, American Banker, LendIt, and have been named to the Forbes Fintech 50 list every year since 2023. Last but not least, we’ve even made history - we were the first company to go live with the eCBSV and testified before the United States House of Representatives on the future of identity. SentiLink supports a variety of ways to work, ranging from fully remote to in-office. We operate as a digital-first company with strong collaboration across the U.S. and India. We maintain physical offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U.S., and in Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India. If you’re located near one of these offices, we would love for you to spend time in the office regularly. Some roles are hybrid or in-office by design. For example, our engineering team in India works primarily from our Gurugram office.
ROLE
We’re looking for a strong Engineering Manager to lead a backend/platform-focused engineering team responsible for powering SentiLink’s core products. You will lead a small but growing team of engineers responsible for building API-driven systems, evolving our platform architecture, and enabling product teams to move quickly with confidence. This role sits at the intersection of backend platform development, technical architecture, and people leadership. You’ll partner closely with product, data science, infrastructure, and front-end engineering teams to deliver high-quality systems in a fast-moving environment. We are looking for a manager who is fundamentally a strong backend engineer and enjoys staying close to technical work, contributing to architecture, guiding design decisions, and unblocking complex systems challenges. This is a remote, US-based position.

Target technical and data-focused roles
SentiLink's sponsorship activity centers on technical functions. Engineers, data scientists, and machine learning professionals working in fraud detection or identity verification are the most likely candidates for sponsorship consideration at this company.
Understand which visa types SentiLink supports
SentiLink sponsors Green Cards through EB-2 and EB-3 pathways, and supports F-1 OPT and TN holders. If you're on OPT or hold TN status, you may be well-positioned to join before pursuing permanent residency support.
Highlight fintech and fraud domain expertise
SentiLink operates in identity verification and financial risk, a specialized niche. Demonstrating hands-on experience with fraud systems, risk modeling, or financial data signals strong role fit, which matters when sponsorship is part of the hiring decision.
Ask about Green Card timelines early
SentiLink's sponsorship history skews toward permanent residency rather than temporary work visas. During recruiting conversations, ask directly about their PERM and Green Card process to understand what timeline and support you can realistically expect.
Use verified sponsorship data to prioritize your applications
Not every fintech company sponsors visas consistently. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you focus on companies like SentiLink with a documented track record of supporting international hires.
Align your application to SentiLink's growth stage
As a growth-stage fintech, SentiLink hires deliberately and moves quickly. Research their current product priorities and open roles before applying. A well-targeted application that speaks to their core fraud and identity infrastructure work stands out at this stage.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does SentiLink sponsor H-1B visas?
Based on available sponsorship data, SentiLink does not have a strong H-1B visa track record. Their sponsorship activity focuses on Green Card pathways through EB-2 and EB-3 classifications, along with support for F-1 OPT and TN visa holders. If you're looking for H-1B visa sponsorship specifically, it's worth confirming directly with their recruiting team during the application process.
What visa types does SentiLink sponsor?
SentiLink sponsors permanent residency through the EB-2 and EB-3 employment-based Green Card categories. They also support candidates on F-1 OPT and TN visa status. This mix suggests they're open to hiring international talent at various stages, from early-career OPT holders through to candidates pursuing long-term U.S. permanent residency.
Which roles at SentiLink are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
SentiLink's core business is fraud detection and identity verification, so technical roles in software engineering, machine learning, and data science are most aligned with their sponsorship history. Candidates with domain expertise in financial risk, identity infrastructure, or applied ML are likely the strongest fit for sponsored positions at the company.
How do I find open roles at SentiLink that offer visa sponsorship?
Migrate Mate lists verified sponsoring employers including SentiLink, so you can browse current openings filtered by sponsorship type. This is especially useful if you're on F-1 OPT or TN status and need to confirm sponsorship eligibility before investing time in an application. Check Migrate Mate regularly as new roles are added as companies update their hiring.
How do I approach SentiLink's application process as an international candidate?
Be upfront about your visa status early in the process. SentiLink sponsors Green Cards rather than temporary work visas, so understanding your current status matters for fit. If you're on OPT or TN, frame your application around the transition to permanent residency and emphasize technical skills relevant to fraud or identity systems to strengthen your case.
