INTRODUCTION
SentiLink provides innovative identity and risk solutions, empowering institutions and individuals to transact with confidence. We’re building the future of identity verification in the United States replacing a clunky, ineffective, and expensive status quo with solutions that are 10x faster, smarter, and more accurate. We’ve seen tremendous traction and are growing extremely quickly. Our real-time APIs have helped verify hundreds of millions of identities, starting with financial services and rapidly expanding into new markets. SentiLink is backed by world-class investors including Craft Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, NYCA, and Max Levchin. We’ve earned recognition from TechCrunch, CNBC, Bloomberg, Forbes, Business Insider, PYMNTS, American Banker, LendIt, and have been named to the Forbes Fintech 50 list every year since 2023. Last but not least, we’ve even made history - we were the first company to go live with the eCBSV and testified before the United States House of Representatives on the future of identity. SentiLink supports a variety of ways to work, ranging from fully remote to in-office. We operate as a digital-first company with strong collaboration across the U.S. and India. We maintain physical offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U.S., and in Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India. If you’re located near one of these offices, we would love for you to spend time in the office regularly. Some roles are hybrid or in-office by design. For example, our engineering team in India works primarily from our Gurugram office.
ROLE
SentiLink is looking for high-agency builders who don’t just want to join a role, they want to define one. This is an open-ended, product-oriented hiring track for individuals who see an opportunity at SentiLink and want to pitch it. Rather than hiring into a predefined role, we are looking for people who can identify high-impact product opportunities, articulate why they matter, and lead them from idea to execution. As part of the process, you will be asked to propose a product, initiative, or new area of investment for SentiLink. We’re looking for candidates who combine strong product thinking, business acumen, and execution ability. During the recruiting process, we will work with you to identify a product role where you can have the greatest impact based on your pitch, strengths and interests, as well as business needs.
Your Pitch Should Answer
- What do you want to build at SentiLink?
- Why do you think this would be compelling for SentiLink?
- Why are you well-positioned to lead this?
- What resources would you need to be successful?
WHAT YOU’LL DO
If selected, you will take ownership of a high-impact product or business initiative and drive it from concept through execution. This may include:
- Defining and validating new product opportunities
- Translating ambiguous problems into clear product strategies
- Leading cross-functional development across engineering, data, GTM, and operations
- Owning product direction, execution, and outcomes
- Partnering closely with leadership to prioritize and resource new initiatives
- Building 0→1 products or scaling early-stage bets
This role is intentionally flexible, you may operate as a product leader, GM, or hybrid operator depending on the opportunity.
EXAMPLES OF AREAS YOU MIGHT PROPOSE OR LEAD
- New fraud or identity products
- AI-driven product experiences or workflows
- Expansion into new customer segments or verticals
- Internal platform or tooling innovations
- New GTM motions tied to product innovation
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for builders with deep experience in financial services, who are excited to move from identifying problems to building solutions. You’re highly analytical, structured in your thinking, and able to break down ambiguous problems into clear opportunities. You’ve driven complex initiatives end-to-end, influenced stakeholders, and are comfortable using data to inform decisions. You have strong product instincts: you can translate business problems into compelling product ideas and communicate them clearly across technical and non-technical audiences. You operate with high ownership, move quickly, and thrive in 0→1 environments.
COMPENSATION
$180,000 – $250,000 + equity + benefits
Note: Leveling and compensation will be determined based on experience, scope, and the nature of the opportunity defined through your pitch.
PERKS
- Employer paid group health insurance for you and your dependents
- 401(k) plan with employer match (or equivalent for non US-based roles)
- Flexible paid time off
- Regular company-wide in-person events
- Home office stipend, and more!
CORPORATE VALUES
- Follow Through
- Deep Understanding
- Whatever It Takes
- Do Something Smart

Frame your PM experience around risk products
SentiLink's core products address identity fraud and synthetic identity risk. Positioning your background around data-driven product decisions, trust and safety features, or fintech compliance tooling directly maps to what their hiring team is evaluating.
Verify your visa category matches the role
SentiLink has sponsored both EB-2 and EB-3 categories for professional roles. If you're on F-1 OPT, confirm your OPT end date allows enough runway for USCIS to process an H-1B cap-subject petition before your status expires.
Ask the recruiter about sponsorship scope early
Some companies sponsor new hires but not transfers or promotions into new roles. During the screening call, ask directly whether SentiLink sponsors both initial H-1B petitions and extensions, not just status changes from existing work authorization.
Prepare a specialty occupation case for PM roles
USCIS scrutinizes Product Manager petitions because the role title spans many industries. Document that your specific PM position requires a degree in computer science, engineering, or a quantitative field, not just general business experience.
Use Migrate Mate to target SentiLink PM openings
SentiLink posts Product Manager roles across multiple channels at different times. Use Migrate Mate to filter for SentiLink specifically and track new openings as they appear, so you're applying before the pipeline fills.
Align your start date with the H-1B cap timeline
H-1B cap-subject petitions can only begin employment on October 1 after the April lottery. If SentiLink extends an offer in late spring or summer, negotiate a start date that accounts for this, rather than assuming immediate authorization.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does SentiLink sponsor H-1B visas for Product Managers?
SentiLink has a history of sponsoring work visas for professional roles including Product Managers, but H-1B visa sponsorship is evaluated case by case. Because USCIS applies heightened scrutiny to PM petitions, you'll want to demonstrate that the role requires a specific technical degree. Raising sponsorship directly with the recruiter early in the process is the clearest way to confirm eligibility for your specific situation.
How do I apply for Product Manager jobs at SentiLink?
SentiLink posts PM openings on its careers page and through select job boards. Migrate Mate is the recommended platform for international candidates, as it filters specifically for visa-sponsoring employers and surfaces SentiLink roles as they become available. Tailor your application to reflect experience with data products, fraud infrastructure, or fintech tooling, since those map most directly to SentiLink's product surface area.
Which visa types are commonly used for Product Manager roles at SentiLink?
SentiLink has sponsored F-1 OPT extensions and TN visas in addition to employment-based Green Card categories including EB-2 and EB-3. For most international Product Manager candidates, the H-1B remains the primary long-term path. TN visa is available only to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying professional categories, so eligibility depends on your citizenship and the specific role description.
What qualifications does SentiLink expect from Product Manager candidates?
SentiLink's PM roles typically require experience working with engineering and data science teams on technical products, ideally in fintech, fraud detection, or identity verification. A degree in computer science, statistics, or a related quantitative field strengthens both your candidacy and any future H-1B petition, since USCIS requires specialty occupation evidence. Demonstrated experience translating complex data signals into product decisions is particularly relevant to their product model.
How do I think about timing when targeting a Product Manager role at SentiLink on a visa?
If you're on F-1 OPT, your employer must file an H-1B petition during the April registration window for an October 1 start. That means you need an offer in hand before early April. Plan your SentiLink application timeline backward from that deadline. If you miss the cap window, a cap-exempt employer or an interim role with OPT STEM extension may be needed to bridge the gap while you wait for the next cycle.
