INTRODUCTION
SentiLink provides innovative identity and risk solutions, empowering institutions and individuals to transact with confidence. We’re building the future of identity verification in the United States replacing a clunky, ineffective, and expensive status quo with solutions that are 10x faster, smarter, and more accurate. We’ve seen tremendous traction and are growing extremely quickly. Our real-time APIs have helped verify hundreds of millions of identities, starting with financial services and rapidly expanding into new markets. SentiLink is backed by world-class investors including Craft Ventures, Andreessen Horowitz, NYCA, and Max Levchin. We’ve earned recognition from TechCrunch, CNBC, Bloomberg, Forbes, Business Insider, PYMNTS, American Banker, LendIt, and have been named to the Forbes Fintech 50. We have also been named a 2026 FICO Industry Vanguard Decision Award Winner. Last but not least, we’ve even made history - we were the first company to go live with the eCBSV and testified before the United States House of Representatives on the future of identity. SentiLink supports a variety of ways to work, ranging from fully remote to in-office. We operate as a digital-first company with strong collaboration across the U.S. and India. We maintain physical offices in Austin, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, Los Angeles, and Chicago in the U.S., and in Gurugram (Delhi) and Bengaluru in India. If you’re located near one of these offices, we would love for you to spend time in the office regularly. Some roles are hybrid or in-office by design. For example, our engineering team in India works primarily from our Gurugram office.
ROLE
We’re looking for an experienced Learning & Development professional to build and scale learning at SentiLink. This is a foundational role. You’ll define our learning strategy, mature existing programs, and build new ones that help employees, managers, and leaders grow throughout their careers. You’ll own learning across the employee lifecycle - from onboarding and fraud education through to manager development, leadership capability, performance enablement, and knowledge sharing. Some programs already exist; many don’t. You’ll be expected to identify where learning can have the biggest impact, design practical solutions, and deliver them. This role reports to the Head of People and partners closely with leaders across the company.
Responsibilities
- Develop and own SentiLink’s learning and development strategy, identifying capability gaps and prioritizing learning initiatives that have measurable business impact.
- Design, build, and continuously improve learning programs across the employee lifecycle, including company onboarding, department onboarding, fraud education, manager development, leadership development, and ongoing professional growth.
- Partner with leaders across the business to understand capability needs and develop practical learning solutions that improve individual and organizational performance.
- Design and facilitate engaging workshops, training sessions, and learning experiences for employees, managers, and leaders across the company.
- Improve how employees access and share knowledge by helping build scalable learning resources, documentation, and self-service tools.
- Measure the effectiveness of learning programs and use data and feedback to continuously improve outcomes.
- Act as the primary owner for learning and development at SentiLink, balancing long-term strategy with hands-on execution.
REQUIREMENTS
- 6-10 years of experience in Consulting (leading learning, change management, or organizational effectiveness workstreams), Learning & Development, Talent Development, or similar.
- Experience building and scaling learning programs rather than simply delivering existing content.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage a range of audiences.
- Strong program management skills and the ability to independently drive multiple initiatives from idea through execution.
- Experience designing practical, engaging learning experiences for adult learners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment where you’ll be building many programs from the ground up.
- Curious, collaborative, pragmatic, and highly execution-oriented.
PREFERRED
- Experience in a startup or high-growth technology company.
- Experience supporting technical organizations.
COMPENSATION
$155,000-$200,000/year + equity + benefits
PERKS
- Employer paid group health insurance for you and your dependents
- 401(k) plan with employer match (or equivalent for non US-based roles)
- Flexible paid time off
- Regular company-wide in-person events
- Home office stipend, and more!
CORPORATE VALUES
- Follow Through
- Deep Understanding
- Whatever It Takes
- Do Something Smart

Frame your identity verification experience clearly
SentiLink builds fraud and identity risk products, so highlight any prior work with document verification, behavioral signals, or risk scoring systems in your resume and portfolio before applying. Generic backend experience won't stand out.
Target roles that align with your OPT window
If you're on F-1 OPT, confirm your STEM extension eligibility early. SentiLink sponsors OPT, but your authorization period needs to overlap long enough for them to initiate an H-1B filing if that's the next step.
Understand how TN status fits product engineering work
Canadian and Mexican engineers on TN visas can qualify under the Computer Systems Analyst category for product engineering roles. Verify your specific job duties map cleanly to that TN classification before relying on it in negotiations.
Ask directly about the EB-2 versus EB-3 pathway
SentiLink sponsors both EB-2 and EB-3 Green Cards. Ask your recruiter which category they typically file for Product Software Engineers, since EB-2 involves PERM labor certification and the right category affects your priority date and timeline significantly.
Prepare for a product-depth technical interview format
SentiLink's engineering interviews assess system design and product thinking together, not just algorithms. Study how fraud detection products are architected and practice explaining tradeoff decisions, not just implementation details.
Use Migrate Mate to find open Product Software Engineer roles
SentiLink posts roles across different product areas at different times. Use Migrate Mate to filter for open Product Software Engineer positions at SentiLink that are tagged for visa sponsorship, so you apply when the right role is live.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does SentiLink sponsor H-1B visas for Product Software Engineers?
SentiLink does not appear in recent H-1B visa sponsorship records for Product Software Engineers based on available DOL disclosure data. Their documented sponsorship activity for this role focuses on F-1 OPT, TN, and employment-based Green Card pathways (EB-2 and EB-3). If H-1B visa sponsorship is a priority for you, confirm directly with the recruiter before progressing through the interview process.
How do I apply for Product Software Engineer jobs at SentiLink?
Applications go through SentiLink's careers page, where roles are listed by team and function. Tailoring your application to highlight fraud detection, identity verification, or fintech infrastructure experience improves your chances. Use Migrate Mate to track which Product Software Engineer openings at SentiLink are currently active and flagged for visa sponsorship before you apply.
Which visa types does SentiLink commonly use for Product Software Engineers?
SentiLink has sponsored F-1 OPT, TN, and employment-based Green Cards (EB-2 and EB-3) for Product Software Engineers. TN is available to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying technical roles. EB-2 and EB-3 both require PERM labor certification filed through the DOL, which is a multi-stage process that typically takes one to three years before a Green Card is issued.
What qualifications does SentiLink expect from Product Software Engineers?
SentiLink looks for engineers who can own product features end-to-end, not just implement specs. Relevant experience includes building APIs, working with data pipelines, and making system design decisions in production environments. Exposure to fraud detection, identity proofing, or financial risk products is a strong differentiator. A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field is the standard baseline.
How do I plan my timeline when pursuing a Green Card through SentiLink?
Employment-based Green Cards require PERM labor certification filed with the DOL, followed by an I-140 petition with USCIS, and then adjustment of status or consular processing. For EB-3 applicants from India, priority date backlogs can extend the overall timeline significantly beyond the initial filing. Confirm with SentiLink's legal team when they typically initiate PERM to set realistic expectations.
