We are looking for a Senior Director of Product Management for our Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM) team. In this pivotal role, you will align the ISPM product vision with overarching company goals and own the execution of a high-impact roadmap. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Translate Strategy and Vision into Execution: Guide the team in translating overarching strategy and vision into concrete short-term and long-term product roadmaps.
- Drive Product Excellence: Maintain strict accountability for the overall quality, user experience, and timely delivery of the portfolio's products.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 12-15 years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of delivering successful software products.
- Product Methodologies: Deep expertise in agile development, product management frameworks, and growth initiatives like A/B testing and experimentation.
- Analytical & Design Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities to drive data-backed decisions, combined with a solid understanding of UX/UI best practices.
- Global Collaboration: Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the flexibility to work across multiple global time zones with diverse stakeholders.
