Get Access To All JobsTips for Finding Sales Business Development Jobs at Saviynt Jobs
Frame your identity security sales experience precisely
Saviynt sells identity governance and cloud security solutions to enterprise buyers. Before applying, document any experience selling SaaS, IAM, PAM, or cybersecurity products. Vague 'technology sales' backgrounds get filtered out early at companies with a defined product category.
Research Saviynt's DOL LCA filings before outreach
DOL Labor Condition Application disclosures are public record. Searching Saviynt's historical LCA filings by job title tells you which Sales Business Development roles they've actively sponsored, including job location and prevailing wage levels, before you spend time on the application.
Target roles tied to a specific vertical or territory
Saviynt structures its sales org around verticals like financial services, healthcare, and government. Applying to a role tied to an industry where you have existing relationships or a book of business makes sponsorship conversations easier because your immediate revenue impact is clearer.
Clarify your OPT or grace period timeline with the recruiter early
If you're on F-1 OPT, the 60-day grace period after employment ends is fixed by USCIS. Bring up your authorization end date in the first recruiter call so both sides can plan whether an H-1B cap-subject filing or a cap-exempt bridge is needed before your status lapses.
Use Migrate Mate to find Saviynt's open sponsoring roles
Not every Sales Business Development posting on general job boards flags visa sponsorship availability. Browse Saviynt's verified sponsoring roles directly on Migrate Mate to filter for positions where sponsorship has been confirmed, saving time on applications that will go nowhere.
Negotiate offer timing around the H-1B filing window
H-1B cap-subject petitions must be filed by early April for an October 1 start date. If Saviynt extends an offer in late spring or summer, ask whether they'll file for the next cap cycle or support a change of status from a cap-exempt employer in the meantime.

Find Sales Business Development at Saviynt JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Saviynt sponsor H-1B visas for Sales Business Developments?
Yes, Saviynt sponsors H-1B visas for Sales Business Development roles. The company operates in the identity security and cloud software space, where specialty occupation requirements are regularly met by candidates with degrees in business, computer science, or related fields. Sponsorship is handled employer-side through USCIS, meaning Saviynt files the petition and covers the associated process once an offer is extended.
Which visa types does Saviynt commonly sponsor for Sales Business Development roles?
Saviynt sponsors H-1B visas as the primary work authorization pathway for Sales Business Development hires. The company also supports F-1 OPT and CPT for candidates in active student status, TN visas for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying business roles, and J-1 for eligible exchange visitors. Longer-term, employees can be sponsored for Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3 through PERM labor certification.
What qualifications does Saviynt expect for Sales Business Development roles?
Saviynt typically looks for candidates with experience selling enterprise SaaS or security software, familiarity with identity governance or access management concepts, and a track record of managing complex B2B sales cycles. A bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field is generally expected. Candidates who can demonstrate pipeline development experience within financial services, healthcare, or government verticals tend to be prioritized for sponsorship-eligible positions.
How do I apply for Sales Business Development jobs at Saviynt?
You can find and apply for Saviynt's Sales Business Development roles that include visa sponsorship through Migrate Mate, which surfaces verified sponsoring positions. Apply directly through Saviynt's careers portal and flag your work authorization status clearly in the application. Recruiters screening for these roles will typically ask about sponsorship needs in the first call, so having your visa type, current status, and authorization end date ready speeds up the screening process.
How do I time my job search at Saviynt around H-1B filing deadlines?
The H-1B cap registration window opens each March, with petitions filed by early April for an October 1 start. If you're targeting Saviynt, aim to have a final offer by February or March so the company has time to register you. Missing the cap cycle means waiting a full year for the next lottery, though Saviynt may be able to bridge your status through OPT extensions or other cap-exempt arrangements depending on your situation.
