Frame Your SDR Experience Around Identity Security
Saviynt sells cloud-based identity governance to enterprise IT buyers. Tailor your resume to highlight outbound prospecting in B2B SaaS, familiarity with cybersecurity or access management concepts, and experience with tools like Salesforce or Outreach before you apply.
Time Your OPT Application to Align With Hiring Cycles
If you're on F-1 status, file your OPT EAD with USCIS at least 90 days before your program end date. Saviynt's SDR hiring tends to cluster around Q1 and Q3, so syncing your work authorization window to those periods reduces gaps.
Understand the LCA Step Before Your Offer Letter Arrives
Before Saviynt can file an H-1B petition with USCIS, it must certify a Labor Condition Application with the DOL confirming your offered wage meets the prevailing rate for your work location. Knowing this step exists helps you ask the right questions about timeline during negotiations.
Use Migrate Mate to Surface Active SDR Openings at Saviynt
Saviynt posts SDR roles across multiple locations and seniority levels at different times. Search Migrate Mate to filter specifically for Saviynt openings that list visa sponsorship, so you're applying to roles where support is already confirmed rather than guessing.
Secure Your Status During the H-1B Cap Gap Period
If your OPT expires before October 1 and Saviynt files your H-1B in April, you may face a cap-gap period. USCIS automatically extends your F-1 status and OPT EAD if your petition is timely filed, so keep your I-20 current and confirm your employer submitted before the April 1 filing window opened.

Find Sales Development Representative at Saviynt JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Saviynt sponsor H-1B visas for Sales Development Representatives?
Yes. Saviynt sponsors H-1B visas for Sales Development Representatives, though sponsorship is evaluated on a role-by-role and location-by-location basis. When you receive an offer, confirm with your recruiter that the specific requisition is approved for sponsorship. The process requires Saviynt to file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL before submitting the H-1B petition to USCIS.
How do I apply for Sales Development Representative jobs at Saviynt?
Apply through Saviynt's careers portal or browse open SDR roles filtered by visa sponsorship eligibility on Migrate Mate. When applying, highlight outbound sales experience in B2B SaaS environments and any familiarity with identity security or adjacent cybersecurity concepts. Confirm sponsorship availability with your recruiter during the first call before investing significant time in the interview process.
Which visa types does Saviynt commonly use for Sales Development Representatives?
Saviynt supports several visa pathways for SDR roles, including H-1B for specialty occupation workers, F-1 OPT and CPT for students and recent graduates, TN for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying professional categories, and J-1 for eligible exchange visitors. For longer-term employment, Saviynt has also pursued EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card sponsorship for qualifying employees.
What qualifications does Saviynt expect for a Sales Development Representative?
Saviynt typically looks for a bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field, along with demonstrable outbound prospecting skills in a B2B technology environment. Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce is expected. Experience cold-calling enterprise IT or security buyers, or prior exposure to identity governance and administration concepts, strengthens your application significantly for this specific team.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take if Saviynt files an H-1B for me?
The H-1B process involves DOL certifying the Labor Condition Application, typically within seven business days, followed by USCIS processing the petition after the April 1 filing window. Standard USCIS processing runs three to six months, though premium processing reduces adjudication to roughly 15 business days for an additional fee. Your actual start date depends on cap-subject lottery selection and whether you're changing status or consular processing.
