Align Your Credentials to Food Manufacturing Standards
Shamrock operates under strict food safety and regulatory frameworks. Certifications like HACCP, SQF, or OSHA 30 for general industry strengthen your profile before you apply and signal that you can contribute from day one in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Target Roles That Match Your Visa Category
Manufacturing at Shamrock spans production supervisors, quality technicians, and supply chain coordinators. TN and H-1B eligibility depends heavily on job duties and degree alignment, so match your specific role's requirements to your visa category before submitting your application.
Understand the PERM Timeline for Production Roles
If you're pursuing an EB-2 or EB-3 Green Card through Shamrock, PERM labor certification is the first step and typically takes 12 to 18 months with DOL. Factor that into your planning early, especially if your current visa status has a limited runway.
Find Open Manufacturing Roles Through Migrate Mate
