Verify your medical credentials are U.S.-ready
Before applying, confirm your ECFMG certification, state medical license, and any required board certifications are current. Spectrum Healthcare Partners hires for clinical roles where credentialing delays can stall a start date and complicate an H-1B filing timeline.
Target Spectrum's anesthesiology and surgical openings
Spectrum Healthcare Partners concentrates its Physician hiring in anesthesiology and related surgical support roles. Focusing your search on those specialties puts you in front of the hiring teams most familiar with sponsoring international Physicians through the H-1B process.
Browse open Physician roles through Migrate Mate
Migrate Mate aggregates Physician openings at companies with confirmed sponsorship histories, including Spectrum Healthcare Partners. Filtering by visa type lets you surface roles that match your authorization before you spend time on applications.
Understand how TN status applies to your specialty
Canadian and Mexican Physicians can enter under TN status without waiting for the H-1B lottery. Confirm with Spectrum's HR team that your specific specialty and job duties align with the TN physician classification before accepting an offer structured around TN.
Align your offer letter timeline to USCIS filing windows
H-1B cap-subject petitions must be filed in April for an October 1 start. If Spectrum Healthcare Partners extends an offer outside that window, ask HR about cap-exempt options or whether the role qualifies for a concurrent filing if you hold existing H-1B status.
Request clear documentation of the LCA before signing
Your employer must file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL before USCIS can adjudicate your H-1B petition. Ask Spectrum Healthcare Partners for confirmation that the LCA has been certified and that the prevailing wage level matches your offered role and location.

Does Spectrum Healthcare Partners sponsor H-1B visas for Physicians?
Yes, Spectrum Healthcare Partners sponsors H-1B visas for Physician roles. The company has an active history of filing petitions for international Physicians, particularly in anesthesiology and surgical specialties. If you're cap-subject, your petition must be submitted during the April filing window for an October 1 start date. Cap-exempt pathways may apply in certain circumstances depending on your employment history.
Which visa types are commonly used for Physician roles at Spectrum Healthcare Partners?
Spectrum Healthcare Partners sponsors H-1B visas as the primary pathway for Physician roles. The company also supports F-1 OPT and CPT for candidates still completing training or fellowship programs, and TN status for Canadian and Mexican Physicians whose specialty and duties meet the TN classification requirements. The right visa type depends on your nationality, current status, and career stage.
What qualifications and experience are expected for Physician roles at Spectrum Healthcare Partners?
Spectrum Healthcare Partners focuses its Physician hiring in anesthesiology and surgical support specialties. Candidates are expected to hold an M.D. or D.O. degree, ECFMG certification if educated outside the U.S., an active state medical license in the relevant practice state, and board certification or eligibility in the applicable specialty. Prior U.S. clinical experience is a strong advantage in the hiring process.
How do I apply for Physician jobs at Spectrum Healthcare Partners?
You can browse current Physician openings at Spectrum Healthcare Partners through Migrate Mate, which surfaces roles with confirmed sponsorship histories so you can filter by visa type before applying. Once you identify a relevant opening, apply directly through Spectrum's hiring process. Having your ECFMG certificate, state license, and CV tailored to anesthesiology or your specific specialty ready will move the process forward faster.
How do I manage the timeline between a Physician job offer and my visa filing at Spectrum Healthcare Partners?
Timeline coordination is one of the most practical challenges for international Physicians. If you're pursuing an H-1B, your employer needs time to file the Labor Condition Application with the DOL before USCIS can process the petition. Build in at least two to three months between your offer acceptance and your intended start date, and confirm early whether your role is cap-subject or cap-exempt.
