Job Roles at StackAdapt Companies
How to Get Visa Sponsorship in StackAdapt Visa Sponsorship USA
Target roles at the intersection of tech and advertising
StackAdapt's sponsorship activity centers on technical and product-focused positions within its programmatic advertising platform. Engineers, data scientists, and product managers are your strongest bet when applying for a sponsored role.
Understand the H-1B timeline before you apply
StackAdapt sponsors H-1B visas, which means your start date is tied to USCIS processing and, for cap-subject cases, the April lottery. Align your application timeline with the annual H-1B registration window opening in March.
Lead with your ad tech expertise in your application
StackAdapt operates in a competitive programmatic advertising space. Candidates who demonstrate hands-on experience with DSPs, RTB infrastructure, or machine learning for ad targeting will stand out and be easier for the company to justify sponsoring.
Filter for verified sponsors before you apply
Not every marketing and advertising company sponsors visas consistently. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and focus your energy on companies like StackAdapt that have a confirmed H-1B track record.
Ask about sponsorship early in the recruiter conversation
Marketing and advertising companies sometimes have inconsistent sponsorship policies across teams. Confirm upfront that your specific role and department are eligible for H-1B sponsorship before investing time in StackAdapt's full interview process.
Prepare for a technical and product-centric interview process
StackAdapt's engineering and product teams drive its core platform. Sponsored roles typically require deep technical knowledge. Review programmatic advertising fundamentals, system design, and data infrastructure to perform well in their hiring process.

Get Access To All JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does StackAdapt sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, StackAdapt sponsors H-1B visas for qualifying roles. The H-1B is a specialty occupation visa requiring at least a bachelor's degree in a related field. Sponsorship at StackAdapt tends to focus on technical and product positions within its programmatic advertising platform. If you're targeting a non-technical role, confirm eligibility directly with the recruiter before proceeding.
What types of roles at StackAdapt are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at StackAdapt is most common in software engineering, data science, machine learning, and product management. These roles align directly with the technical demands of building and maintaining a programmatic advertising platform. Sales, marketing, and operations positions are less consistently sponsored, so it's worth clarifying with the hiring team if you're pursuing a non-engineering track.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at StackAdapt?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find verified visa-sponsored roles at StackAdapt. Unlike general job boards that don't surface sponsorship history, Migrate Mate lets you filter specifically by companies with confirmed H-1B sponsorship records, including StackAdapt. This saves time and ensures you're only applying to companies that have actually sponsored international candidates.
How do I approach the application timeline if I need H-1B sponsorship at StackAdapt?
H-1B sponsorship involves a multi-step process: the employer files a Labor Condition Application, then submits the H-1B petition to USCIS. For cap-subject candidates, registration opens in March and the lottery runs shortly after. Plan to start conversations with StackAdapt several months before you need authorization to begin work, ideally in late fall or early winter of the preceding year.
Does StackAdapt sponsor Green Cards?
StackAdapt's publicly available sponsorship activity reflects H-1B filings. Green Card sponsorship, which typically involves PERM labor certification and an I-140 petition, is a longer and more resource-intensive process that companies handle case by case. If permanent residency sponsorship is important to you, raise it directly with StackAdapt's recruiting or HR team during the offer stage.
