Align your stack with Synechron's delivery model
Synechron staffs Back End Developers on financial services and fintech client projects. Framing your experience around Java, Python, or .NET in regulated or enterprise environments makes your profile a closer match to their active engagements.
Search open Back End Developer roles on Migrate Mate
Use Migrate Mate to filter Back End Developer openings at Synechron by visa type. Applying through a platform that surfaces sponsorship-confirmed roles means you're not guessing whether the position is open to candidates who need authorization.
Prepare a degree equivalency assessment in advance
USCIS requires that Back End Developer roles meet specialty occupation standards. If your computer science or engineering degree is from a non-U.S. institution, have a credential evaluation ready before your employer files the H-1B petition with USCIS.
Ask about Green Card sponsorship timelines at offer stage
If long-term status matters to you, raise PERM-based Green Card sponsorship during the offer stage, not after you've started. Synechron's technical roles can support EB-2 or EB-3 paths, but the employer must initiate the DOL labor certification process.

Find Back End Developer at Synechron JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Synechron sponsor H-1B visas for Back End Developers?
Yes. Synechron has a demonstrated history of sponsoring H-1B visas for Back End Developer roles across its technology and financial services engagements. The company supports both cap-subject petitions for new H-1B holders and transfers for candidates already on an H-1B with another employer. Filing timelines depend on your current visa status and when you receive an offer.
How do I apply for Back End Developer jobs at Synechron?
You can apply directly through Synechron's careers page or use Migrate Mate to browse their current Back End Developer openings filtered by visa sponsorship type. When applying, clearly indicate your work authorization status and any upcoming OPT or visa expiration dates. Synechron's technical recruiting team screens candidates based on stack alignment and client project fit, so tailoring your application to their fintech and enterprise focus improves your chances.
Which visa types does Synechron commonly use for Back End Developer roles?
Synechron sponsors H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT, and F-1 CPT for Back End Developer positions, and also supports EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways for longer-term employees. TN is available for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying technical roles. The right visa type depends on your nationality, degree field, and current status, so discussing options early in the process with your recruiter is practical.
What qualifications does Synechron expect for Back End Developer roles?
Synechron typically expects a bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related field, as this is required to meet USCIS specialty occupation standards for H-1B sponsorship. Hands-on experience with server-side languages such as Java, Python, or C# is common across their postings. Roles tied to financial services clients often require familiarity with APIs, microservices architecture, or cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
How do I handle the H-1B cap timing when working with Synechron?
H-1B cap-subject petitions can only be filed in April for an October 1 start date. If you're finishing OPT and need a seamless transition, your offer and USCIS registration need to be in place by late March. Synechron can also file cap-exempt petitions in some circumstances, and H-1B transfers carry no cap constraints, so your options depend on whether you've already been counted under the cap.
