Target operations and logistics roles specifically
TA Dispatch's sponsorship activity centers on its core transportation and dispatch functions. Focus your application on roles directly tied to logistics coordination, fleet management, or operations, these align most closely with where the company has historically sponsored.
Understand the H-1B requirements before applying
TA Dispatch sponsors H-1B visas, which require your role to qualify as a specialty occupation. Before applying, confirm your target position requires a bachelor's degree or higher in a specific field, logistics, supply chain, or information systems are common fits.
Leverage your F-1 OPT status as a starting point
TA Dispatch has sponsored F-1 OPT candidates, making it a viable option if you're a recent graduate. Starting on OPT gives you time to demonstrate your value before the company files an H-1B petition on your behalf.
Research the company's TN eligibility if you're Canadian or Mexican
TA Dispatch sponsors TN visas alongside H-1B. If you're a Canadian or Mexican national in a qualifying profession, such as engineer, accountant, or management consultant, TN sponsorship may be a faster and simpler path than H-1B.
Search verified sponsors before applying broadly
Not every logistics company sponsors visas, which makes targeting the right employer critical. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history and focus your energy on companies like TA Dispatch that have a documented track record.
Reach out early if your OPT or status deadline is approaching
Transportation companies often have lean HR teams, so timelines can be slower than large tech firms. If you're working against an OPT expiration or grace period, contact the hiring team early to confirm they can accommodate your sponsorship timeline.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does TA Dispatch sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, TA Dispatch sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an active sponsorship history in the Transportation & Logistics sector, with H-1B petitions representing the primary visa type it files. Roles that qualify typically involve specialized knowledge in logistics, operations, or related technical fields that meet the H-1B specialty occupation standard.
What visa types does TA Dispatch sponsor?
TA Dispatch sponsors H-1B visas and supports F-1 OPT candidates, and also sponsors TN visas for eligible Canadian and Mexican nationals. If you're an international job seeker in the transportation or logistics field, you have multiple potential pathways depending on your nationality, degree, and current immigration status.
What kinds of roles at TA Dispatch typically receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at TA Dispatch is concentrated in roles that support its core dispatch and logistics operations. Positions involving supply chain coordination, operations management, or technical functions tied to transportation systems are most likely to qualify. Roles that require a specific degree in a relevant field are stronger candidates for H-1B sponsorship.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at TA Dispatch?
Migrate Mate is the most efficient way to find visa-sponsored roles at companies like TA Dispatch. You can filter by employer, visa type, and industry to surface open positions with a verified sponsorship history. This saves time compared to manually researching which transportation companies are willing to sponsor international candidates.
How do I approach the application process at TA Dispatch as a visa-sponsored candidate?
Apply directly to roles that match your background in logistics or operations, and be transparent about your sponsorship needs early in the process. Because TA Dispatch is a specialized transportation company rather than a large enterprise, communicating your timeline clearly, especially if you're on OPT or need H-1B filing before the April deadline, helps avoid delays and sets clear expectations.
