PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

The Supply Chain Analyst will effectively manage supply chain material shortages at a global level and update/distribute global runout reports. This position serves as the primary purchasing interface for global plants and supports all purchasing activities related to assigned programs.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist global sites with critical supply escalations.
- Escalate shortages within supplier leadership teams to ensure timely delivery responses.
- Update and distribute global runout sheets by quantifying and analyzing data to align production and supplier requirements.
- Support other regions by working outside normal business hours when required to resolve supply issues.
- Support escalation requests for on-time sample builds and program launch requirements.
- Participate in purchasing and operations meetings.
- Provide part shortage status updates.
- Analyze market and technology trends.
- Maintain productive and mutually beneficial supplier relationships.

MANDATORY EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or equivalent.

MANDATORY EXPERIENCE

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Purchasing, Operations, or a related field within a manufacturing environment.
