Frame your HR credentials for U.S. compliance roles
TK Elevator operates across multiple states with union and non-union workforces, so HR roles often require familiarity with FLSA, FMLA, and multi-state employment law. Translate your prior HR experience into those specific compliance frameworks before you apply.
Target HR business partner and talent acquisition openings
TK Elevator's HR function supports field technicians and corporate staff simultaneously. Roles that sit at the intersection of workforce planning and operations, like HR business partner positions, tend to have the clearest specialty occupation footing for H-1B sponsorship purposes.
Verify your role qualifies as a specialty occupation
USCIS requires an H-1B role to demand a specific bachelor's degree or higher. For HR positions, a degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or Business Administration with an HR concentration strengthens your petition's specialty occupation argument considerably.
Ask about LCA timing before accepting an offer
Your employer must file a certified Labor Condition Application with DOL before USCIS can process your H-1B petition. For TK Elevator roles with a hard start date, confirm the LCA is in motion early so the DOL's typical seven-day certification window doesn't compress your timeline.
Use Migrate Mate to filter open HR roles by visa type
TK Elevator posts HR openings across multiple job boards, but not all listings flag sponsorship availability. Use Migrate Mate to filter TK Elevator's Human Resources postings specifically by the visa types you need, so you're applying to roles already confirmed for sponsorship.
Align your OPT or CPT start date with TK Elevator's hiring cycle
If you're on F-1 OPT, your 60-day grace period after employment ends is unforgiving. TK Elevator's HR hiring tends to ramp around Q1 and Q3 budget cycles, so timing your applications to those windows reduces the risk of a gap between OPT authorization and your first day.

Find Human Resources at TK Elevator JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does TK Elevator sponsor H-1B visas for Human Resources?
Yes, TK Elevator has sponsored H-1B visas for Human Resources roles. HR positions at the company typically involve workforce planning, employee relations, or HR business partnering across construction and real estate operations, functions that can satisfy USCIS's specialty occupation requirement when supported by a relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Which visa types are commonly used for Human Resources roles at TK Elevator?
TK Elevator has sponsored H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT, and F-1 CPT visas for HR roles. H-1B is the most common path for long-term employment. TN is available to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying HR classifications. F-1 OPT and CPT support candidates still completing or recently finishing a U.S. degree in a related field.
What qualifications or experience does TK Elevator expect for Human Resources roles?
TK Elevator's HR roles span generalist, business partner, and talent acquisition functions supporting a large field and corporate workforce. Most positions expect a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Organizational Psychology, along with hands-on experience in employee relations or HR operations. Experience in construction, manufacturing, or similarly regulated industries strengthens your candidacy.
How do I apply for Human Resources jobs at TK Elevator?
You can browse and apply for TK Elevator's open Human Resources roles through Migrate Mate, which filters listings by visa sponsorship type so you can confirm eligibility before applying. When you apply, tailor your resume to reflect multi-state HR compliance experience and any familiarity with union or non-union workforce environments, which are common at TK Elevator.
How do I time my application around TK Elevator's H-1B sponsorship process?
If you need cap-subject H-1B sponsorship, USCIS's annual lottery registration opens in March for an October 1 start date. Targeting TK Elevator's HR openings in Q4 of the prior year gives you enough lead time for your employer to prepare the petition before the registration window. Premium processing is available if your start date requires faster adjudication.
