Tailor Your Resume to Construction Project Delivery
TK Elevator's Project Program Manager roles center on managing installation timelines, subcontractor coordination, and site budgets. Quantify your experience with construction or vertical transportation projects specifically, not generic program management, to pass initial screening.
Verify Your LCA Is Filed Before Starting
Before you can begin work, TK Elevator must file a certified Labor Condition Application with DOL. Confirm the LCA covers your exact work location, since elevator projects often span multiple job sites, which can require amended or additional filings.
Use Migrate Mate to Find Active Openings Efficiently
TK Elevator posts Project Program Manager roles across multiple regional markets. Use Migrate Mate to filter specifically for TK Elevator openings that flag visa sponsorship, so you're not wasting applications on postings that have already been filled or closed.
Align Your PMP or OSHA Credentials Before Applying
Construction-sector program managers at companies like TK Elevator are frequently expected to hold a PMP certification or OSHA 10 or 30 credentials. Having these in hand before your interview removes a common objection that can slow offer and petition timelines.
Clarify Multi-Site Work Authorization During Offer Negotiation
Elevator project managers regularly rotate across job sites in different cities. Ask HR whether your H-1B petition will cover multiple worksite locations under a single filing or whether amended petitions will be required as your project assignments change.
Start OPT or TN Documentation Well Before Your Target Start Date
For F-1 OPT candidates, USCIS recommends filing 90 days before your program end date. TN applicants can process at the border, but construction project management roles require documentation confirming the specialty occupation nexus under USMCA.

What qualifications are expected for Project Program Manager positions at TK Elevator?
