Frame your territory experience for construction sales
TK Elevator Sales roles focus on building owner relationships, general contractors, and real estate developers. Tailor your resume to show vertical market experience in commercial construction or real estate, not just quota attainment numbers.
Use Migrate Mate to find open Sales roles at TK Elevator
Filter specifically for TK Elevator on Migrate Mate to surface active Sales openings that include visa sponsorship. Applying through a sponsorship-aware job board means you're only spending time on roles where your status is already accounted for.
Understand how H-1B cap timing affects your start date
If you need an H-1B cap-subject petition, USCIS only allows an October 1 start date at the earliest. For Sales roles with open territories, TK Elevator will need to plan the hire around that timeline, so raise it during negotiations.
Match your degree field to the Sales role description
H-1B specialty occupation requires a direct connection between your degree and the role. Sales positions at TK Elevator often list business, engineering technology, or construction management as qualifying fields. Confirm your degree aligns before your employer files.

Find Sales at TK Elevator JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does TK Elevator sponsor H-1B visas for Sales roles?
Yes, TK Elevator has sponsored H-1B visas for Sales positions. If you're pursuing an H-1B for a Sales role, confirm with the recruiter early that the specific position qualifies as a specialty occupation under USCIS standards, since Sales roles require a clear degree-to-job connection to meet that threshold.
How do I apply for Sales jobs at TK Elevator?
You can browse and apply for Sales openings at TK Elevator directly on their careers site, or use Migrate Mate to filter for TK Elevator roles that include visa sponsorship. When applying, tailor your application to the vertical market the role covers, whether that's commercial real estate, infrastructure, or residential construction.
Which visa types does TK Elevator sponsor for Sales positions?
TK Elevator has sponsored H-1B visas and supports candidates on F-1 OPT and F-1 CPT for Sales roles. The company also sponsors TN visas for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying Sales and business development positions. The right visa type depends on your citizenship and current immigration status.
What qualifications does TK Elevator look for in Sales candidates?
TK Elevator's Sales roles typically require experience in B2B or technical sales, with a preference for candidates familiar with commercial construction, real estate development, or building systems. A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field strengthens both your application and any H-1B specialty occupation determination. Territory management and relationship-building skills are consistently valued across their Sales job postings.
How do I plan my job search timeline for a sponsored Sales role at TK Elevator?
If you need H-1B sponsorship, build in at least six to nine months before your intended start date to account for lottery registration in March, USCIS processing, and an October 1 start. If you're on OPT, prioritize roles where your authorization won't expire during onboarding. Raising your timeline with the hiring manager before the offer stage avoids last-minute complications.
