Frame your credentials around U.S. project delivery standards
TK Elevator's project managers oversee installation timelines, subcontractor coordination, and safety compliance on U.S. job sites. Translate your international credentials into OSHA-adjacent language and highlight any PMP certification or equivalent, since these signal immediate readiness to U.S. hiring managers.
Target roles tied to active modernization contracts
TK Elevator consistently hires Operations Project Managers in markets with heavy elevator modernization pipelines, particularly in dense urban corridors. Search by metro area rather than just job title, and prioritize postings that reference retrofit or modernization work, which tend to carry longer project durations and stronger sponsorship incentives.
Confirm sponsorship eligibility before the offer stage
TK Elevator sponsors H-1B and TN visas for this role, but eligibility depends on your nationality and degree field. If you're on F-1 OPT, confirm your OPT end date against the expected H-1B cap-subject filing window in April to avoid a gap between OPT expiration and H-1B approval.
Align your resume to the Labor Condition Application wage tiers
Before TK Elevator can file your H-1B petition, they must submit a Labor Condition Application with DOL certifying your offered wage meets prevailing wage levels for your work location. Knowing the wage tiers for Operations Project Manager roles in your target city helps you negotiate an offer that clears DOL's threshold without delay.
Use Migrate Mate to surface open Operations Project Manager roles at TK Elevator
Filter by visa type and role function on Migrate Mate to find current TK Elevator Operations Project Manager openings that explicitly support sponsorship, saving time you'd otherwise spend manually screening postings that don't disclose sponsorship status.
Prepare for a structured interview focused on field coordination experience
TK Elevator's interview process for Operations Project Managers typically probes your ability to manage subcontractors, handle change orders, and keep projects on schedule under site constraints. Prepare concrete examples from prior construction or facilities projects, since vague answers about process ownership tend to stall offers and delay the sponsorship conversation.

Find Operations Project Manager at TK Elevator JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does TK Elevator sponsor H-1B visas for Operations Project Managers?
Yes, TK Elevator sponsors H-1B visas for Operations Project Manager roles. The process requires your employer to first file a Labor Condition Application with DOL certifying your offered wage, then submit Form I-129 to USCIS. If you're subject to the H-1B cap, your petition must be filed in April for an October 1 start date, so timing your offer accordingly matters.
Which visa types are commonly used for Operations Project Manager roles at TK Elevator?
TK Elevator sponsors H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT, and F-1 CPT visas for this role. H-1B is the most common path for long-term employment. TN is available to Canadian and Mexican nationals whose degree aligns with USMCA-listed occupations. F-1 OPT and CPT are typically used by recent graduates completing degrees in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field.
How do I apply for Operations Project Manager jobs at TK Elevator?
You can find current Operations Project Manager openings at TK Elevator through Migrate Mate, which filters roles by visa sponsorship type so you can confirm eligibility before applying. When you apply, tailor your resume to highlight construction project coordination experience, OSHA familiarity, and any PMP or relevant certifications. TK Elevator's hiring process typically includes a recruiter screen followed by technical and behavioral interviews.
What qualifications does TK Elevator expect for Operations Project Manager roles?
TK Elevator generally looks for a bachelor's degree in construction management, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, or a closely related field. Hands-on experience coordinating multi-trade projects, managing subcontractors, and tracking project budgets is expected. Familiarity with elevator installation or vertical transportation is a strong advantage but not always required for candidates with solid construction operations backgrounds.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take after receiving an offer from TK Elevator?
For H-1B sponsorship, allow roughly three to four months from offer acceptance to USCIS petition filing, accounting for DOL's LCA certification process, which takes around seven business days under standard processing. Cap-subject H-1B petitions filed in April have an October 1 start date, creating a potential five-to-six month gap. Premium processing through USCIS cuts adjudication to 15 business days and is worth requesting if your start date is time-sensitive.
