Frame your resume around operational metrics
TK Elevator's Business Operations roles sit inside a manufacturing and field-service environment. Quantify process improvements, cost reductions, or vendor contract outcomes on your resume so hiring managers can immediately connect your background to their operational priorities.
Target regional service hubs in your search
TK Elevator operates installation and maintenance branches across the U.S., and Business Operations Manager openings are distributed across those locations. Applying to multiple regional postings increases your odds rather than waiting on a single headquarters role.
Verify your OPT timeline before applying
If you're on F-1 OPT, confirm how many months remain before your start date. TK Elevator has sponsored both OPT and CPT, but your remaining authorization window needs to cover onboarding and enough runway for the company to file an H-1B petition in the next April cap season.
Raise sponsorship early in recruiter conversations
Construction and real estate employers often assess sponsorship feasibility at the recruiter screen, not the offer stage. Stating your visa status upfront and confirming TK Elevator's sponsorship history for this role prevents wasted time on both sides.
Use Migrate Mate to surface open roles efficiently
Business Operations Manager positions at TK Elevator are spread across locations and open at different times. Use Migrate Mate to filter and track current postings filtered by visa sponsorship, so you're applying to live roles instead of chasing stale listings.
Understand the LCA filing requirement before your offer
Before USCIS can approve your H-1B petition, TK Elevator's legal team must file a certified Labor Condition Application with the DOL confirming the offered wage meets the prevailing rate for the Business Operations Manager role in your work location. Delays in LCA certification can push back your petition filing, so ask HR about their typical turnaround once you're at the offer stage.

Find Business Operations Manager at TK Elevator JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does TK Elevator sponsor H-1B visas for Business Operations Managers?
Yes, TK Elevator sponsors H-1B visas for Business Operations Manager roles. The company has filed H-1B petitions for operations and management functions in recent years. If you're moving from OPT or another status, you'd need an offer in hand before the April cap filing window opens each year, since H-1B approval ties directly to the annual lottery.
How do I apply for Business Operations Manager jobs at TK Elevator?
Apply directly through TK Elevator's careers portal or find open roles filtered by visa sponsorship on Migrate Mate. Business Operations Manager positions are posted across multiple U.S. service regions, so search by location as well as job title. Tailor your application to operational efficiency and cross-functional coordination, which are central to how TK Elevator structures these roles.
Which visa types does TK Elevator commonly use for Business Operations Manager roles?
TK Elevator has sponsored H-1B, F-1 OPT, and TN visas for roles in this function. H-1B is the most common long-term path. TN is available to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying management or engineering-adjacent occupations. F-1 OPT and CPT are typically used to bridge students into full-time employment before an H-1B petition is filed.
What qualifications does TK Elevator expect for a Business Operations Manager?
Most Business Operations Manager postings at TK Elevator expect a bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field, along with several years of experience managing operational workflows or vendor relationships. Industry exposure in construction, manufacturing, or facilities management is a strong differentiator given TK Elevator's vertical focus on elevator installation and servicing.
How do I plan my timeline if I need visa sponsorship for a TK Elevator role?
If you're targeting an H-1B, your offer needs to be finalized before April 1 so TK Elevator can submit your petition during the cap filing window, with employment starting October 1 at the earliest. If you're on OPT, confirm your authorization end date leaves enough buffer for onboarding. The DOL's LCA certification process typically takes one to two weeks and must complete before USCIS filing.
