Align your credentials to TK Elevator's project scope
TK Elevator's Program Manager roles center on multi-site vertical transportation projects. Highlight experience managing subcontractors, schedules, and budgets in construction or building systems, not just general program management, to signal direct fit from the first screen.
Verify your specialty occupation standing early
USCIS requires H-1B roles to qualify as specialty occupations. For Program Manager positions in construction, document that your role demands a specific bachelor's degree field, such as mechanical, civil, or industrial engineering, not just any bachelor's degree.
Target TK Elevator's active hiring regions strategically
TK Elevator operates service branches and project sites across the U.S. Search open Program Manager roles by metro area and prioritize locations with active construction pipelines, where headcount demand is higher and sponsorship decisions move faster.
Use Migrate Mate to find sponsored Program Manager openings
Filter directly for TK Elevator Program Manager roles that include visa sponsorship using Migrate Mate. This cuts the time spent vetting job listings manually and surfaces roles where the company has already confirmed it will support an H-1B or OPT hire.
Coordinate your OPT start date with TK Elevator's onboarding cycle
F-1 OPT authorization takes USCIS up to 90 days to process. If you're targeting a full-time Program Manager offer, request your OPT as early as 90 days before your intended start date so your Employment Authorization Document arrives before your first day.
Prepare your Labor Condition Application documentation in advance
Before TK Elevator can file your H-1B petition, your employer must submit a certified Labor Condition Application to the DOL confirming prevailing wage compliance. Ask your HR contact to confirm the LCA is filed and certified before your petition is submitted to USCIS.

Does TK Elevator sponsor H-1B visas for Program Managers?
Yes, TK Elevator sponsors H-1B visas for Program Manager roles. The company operates in construction and real estate, where project management positions often qualify as specialty occupations under USCIS standards, particularly when the role requires a degree in engineering, construction management, or a related technical field. Your petition's success depends on clearly documenting that degree requirement as a baseline for the position.
Which visa types are commonly used for Program Manager roles at TK Elevator?
TK Elevator supports H-1B sponsorship for experienced Program Managers and accepts candidates on F-1 OPT and F-1 CPT for earlier-stage roles. TN visas are also an option for Canadian and Mexican nationals whose degree and role description align with a qualifying TN category, such as engineer or management consultant, as defined by USMCA.
What qualifications and experience does TK Elevator expect for Program Manager roles?
TK Elevator's Program Manager roles typically require a bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, combined with hands-on experience managing large-scale projects in building systems, construction, or facilities. Familiarity with scheduling tools, budget oversight, and coordinating multi-trade teams is consistently reflected in their job postings across different U.S. regions.
How do I apply for Program Manager jobs at TK Elevator?
You can browse and apply for Program Manager positions at TK Elevator directly through Migrate Mate, which filters roles by visa sponsorship type so you can confirm the position supports your visa category before applying. Tailor your application to TK Elevator's project-based environment by emphasizing construction or building systems experience, subcontractor management, and any relevant certifications such as PMP.
How do I time my H-1B sponsorship process when pursuing a role at TK Elevator?
The H-1B cap lottery opens each March for an October 1 start date, so you'll want a job offer finalized by late February to give TK Elevator's HR team time to prepare your petition. If you're already on OPT, you can start before October 1 and file a cap-gap extension to remain authorized while your H-1B petition is pending with USCIS.
