- Identify opportunities to deepen product adoption and expand customer impact. Partner with commercial teams on account planning, renewal preparation, and growth opportunities.
- Proactively identify delivery, workflow, or adoption risks and develop practical recommendations for resolution.
- Occasional but mandatory domestic travel (~2-5x/yr), plus the ability to attend virtual meetings across US time zones.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of experience working in a field which developed exposure to and understanding of electronic medical record (EMR) data, real-world data (RWD), real-world evidence (RWE), public health research, or regulatory submissions.
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, consulting, ideally with a focus on life science or healthcare analytics customers.
- Demonstrated experience with public health research, epidemiology, outcomes research, health services research, real-world data (RWD), real-world evidence (RWE), or clinical research.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain scientific, analytical, and technical concepts to audiences with varying levels of familiarity.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, navigate ambiguity, and manage multiple customer priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong judgment, attention to detail, and a commitment to timely, high-quality execution.
- High degree of professionalism, curiosity, empathy, and enthusiasm for Truveta's mission of Saving Lives with Data.

Target roles that align with Truveta's data-driven mission
Truveta's work in healthcare data and analytics means sponsored roles tend to cluster around technical disciplines like data science, software engineering, and research. Focus your application on positions where your specialty directly supports their core platform and product work.
Understand which visa types Truveta actively uses
Truveta sponsors H-1B visas and pursues Green Card pathways through EB-2 and EB-3 classifications. Knowing this upfront helps you frame your qualifications accurately and ask informed questions about long-term immigration support during conversations with their recruiting team.
Ask about Green Card sponsorship timelines early
Because Truveta sponsors both EB-2 and EB-3, it's worth raising Green Card sponsorship during the offer stage, not after you've started. Companies in the consulting and professional services space vary widely on how proactively they initiate the PERM process.
Tailor your application to a specialty occupation standard
H-1B eligibility requires your role to qualify as a specialty occupation tied to a specific degree field. At Truveta, roles in data engineering, clinical informatics, and software development typically meet this bar. Make sure your resume clearly reflects the degree-to-role connection.
Use verified sponsorship data when browsing Truveta openings
Not every job posting signals real sponsorship willingness. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history, helping you confirm Truveta's track record before investing time in an application.
Prepare for a technical interview process typical of healthcare tech firms
Truveta sits within consulting and professional services focused on healthcare data, so expect assessments that blend technical depth with domain awareness. Candidates who can discuss data infrastructure or clinical research workflows tend to stand out in their hiring process.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Truveta sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Truveta sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an established track record of filing H-1B petitions for qualified candidates, primarily in technical and data-focused roles that meet the specialty occupation requirement. If you're targeting Truveta, it's worth confirming sponsorship availability with their recruiting team when you receive an offer, as not every open role may be eligible.
What visa types does Truveta sponsor?
Truveta sponsors H-1B visas for temporary work authorization and supports permanent residence through EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card pathways. TN visas for Canadian and Mexican nationals working in qualifying professional categories may also apply depending on the role. The combination of nonimmigrant and immigrant visa sponsorship makes Truveta a stronger long-term option than employers who only support H-1B.
Which roles at Truveta are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Sponsorship at Truveta tends to concentrate in technical and analytically intensive positions, given the company's focus on healthcare data infrastructure and consulting services. Roles in software engineering, data science, clinical informatics, and related fields are most commonly associated with H-1B filings. Positions requiring a specific degree in a technical or scientific field are best positioned to meet the specialty occupation standard USCIS requires.
How do I find open jobs at Truveta that offer visa sponsorship?
The most reliable approach is to use a platform that cross-references job listings with verified sponsorship history. Migrate Mate lets you filter by company and visa type, so you can see Truveta's sponsorship activity and identify open roles where sponsorship is confirmed rather than implied. This saves time compared to applying broadly and following up to ask about immigration support after the fact.
How do I approach the H-1B sponsorship conversation with Truveta during the hiring process?
Bring up visa sponsorship after you've cleared initial screening but before a formal offer is extended. At that stage, ask directly whether the specific role is eligible for H-1B sponsorship and whether the company has worked with immigration counsel before. Truveta's track record in professional services suggests familiarity with the process, so a direct question is unlikely to be a red flag for a qualified candidate.
