Target AI and machine learning roles
Typeface builds generative AI products, so engineering and ML roles are central to its hiring. International candidates with backgrounds in large language models, content AI, or enterprise SaaS are well-positioned to attract sponsorship consideration at a company like this.
Understand which visa types Typeface supports
Typeface sponsors H-1B, E-3, F-1 OPT, and TN visas, giving candidates from Australia, Canada, and Mexico viable pathways alongside the broader H-1B route. Knowing which visa fits your nationality before applying helps you frame the conversation with recruiters early.
Emphasize specialty occupation credentials
For H-1B and E-3 eligibility, your role must qualify as a specialty occupation. Candidates in software engineering, data science, product design, or enterprise AI development are most likely to meet that threshold at a technology company like Typeface.
Apply early in the H-1B season
If you're targeting an H-1B at Typeface, timing matters. Employers must register in March for October start dates. Identifying and applying to Typeface roles in early spring gives recruiters time to include you in that cycle. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history.
Highlight enterprise SaaS experience
Typeface serves large enterprise clients, so candidates with prior experience in B2B SaaS, content operations, or enterprise platform development stand out. Connecting your background to the specific problems Typeface solves strengthens your case during the sponsorship conversation.
Be direct about your visa needs in early conversations
Typeface has a track record of sponsoring international hires across multiple visa types. Raising your sponsorship needs early, rather than late in the process, allows the company's HR and legal teams to assess feasibility without creating delays close to an offer.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Typeface sponsor H-1B visas?
Yes, Typeface sponsors H-1B visas. The company has an established track record of supporting international hires in technical and specialized roles through the H-1B program. Candidates in software engineering, AI research, and related specialty occupations are the most common fit for this pathway at Typeface.
Which visa types does Typeface sponsor?
Typeface sponsors H-1B, E-3 visa, F-1 OPT, and TN visas. This makes it accessible to a broad range of international candidates, including Australian nationals pursuing E-3 visa status and Canadian or Mexican professionals eligible for TN visa classification, in addition to the standard H-1B route.
Which roles or departments at Typeface are most likely to receive visa sponsorship?
Given Typeface's focus on generative AI and enterprise content platforms, sponsorship is most common in technical departments, including software engineering, machine learning, and product development. Roles requiring specialized expertise in AI systems or enterprise SaaS are strongest fits, as they align with specialty occupation requirements for H-1B and E-3 classification.
How do I find open visa-sponsored roles at Typeface?
Migrate Mate is the most reliable way to find current openings at Typeface that are open to visa sponsorship. The platform filters verified sponsors by company, visa type, and role, so you can confirm Typeface's sponsorship history and apply to positions that match your immigration status without wading through unverified listings.
How do I time my application to Typeface around the H-1B process?
The H-1B registration window opens in early March each year, with selections made by late March for an October 1 start date. To be included, you need an offer in place before registration closes. Applying to Typeface roles in January or February gives both you and the company's HR team adequate time to move through interviews and prepare for the filing deadline.
