At Vanta, our mission is to help businesses earn and prove trust. We believe that security should be monitored and verified continuously, and we empower companies to practice better security and prove it with ease. Vanta has a kind and talented team, and while some have prior security experience, many have been successful at Vanta without it.
As the first Sr. Product Enablement Manager at Vanta, you'll be the architect of how our GTM teams learn, understand, and articulate Vanta's product value and capabilities to customers. You'll design and deliver enablement programs that translate product strategy into field readiness, drive product adoption, and directly impact revenue outcomes.
This is a senior IC role that will own the full lifecycle of product enablement for both presales and post sales GTM — from discovery and curriculum design, rigorous program management, through delivery, measurement, and continuous iteration. You'll partner closely with PMM, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure that every team member can confidently sell, implement, and expand Vanta with our customers.
What you’ll do as a Senior Product Enablement Manager at Vanta:
- Develop the Product Enablement Strategy: Define and execute a comprehensive product enablement and training strategy aligned with product launches, business goals, and customer needs.
- Create and Manage Training Content: Lead the creation of engaging and scalable training content, including video tutorials, e-learning modules, webinars, and certifications.
- Oversee Product Documentation: Partner with product teams to ensure our help center, knowledge base, and other documentation are accurate, easy to understand, and up-to-date.
- Analyze and Optimize: Use data and feedback to measure the effectiveness of training programs and documentation. Continuously iterate and improve the user learning experience.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert: Act as a go-to resource for customer-facing teams (sales, support, customer success) by developing internal enablement materials and delivering training sessions.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product managers and PMMs to understand new features and roadmap plans, and with marketing and sales to support go-to-market strategies.
- Define and track success metrics (time-to-product proficiency, adoption rates, feature utilization, customer expansion, NPS impact) and present data-driven insights to leadership.
- Stay current on product changes, competitive landscape, and industry trends; proactively identify opportunities to improve enablement quality.
- Experiment with product knowledge testing through innovative AI approaches.
How to be successful in this role:
- 8–10 years in product enablement, GTM enablement, or similar role; bonus points for prior quota-carrying sales or customer success or PMM experience.
- Expertise in curriculum design and adult learning principles; ability to create engaging, relevant, and results-oriented training programs.
- Product acumen—ability to quickly understand complex product features, positioning, and differentiation, and translate them into field-ready training.
- Proficiency with enablement technology including LMS platforms (Sana), content management systems (Seismic, Highspot), knowledge bases (Guru), and conversation intelligence tools (Gong).
- Strong measurement and data-driven mindset; ability to define KPIs, track enablement ROI, and use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with ability to build relationships, drive influence, and align diverse stakeholders around shared goals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complexity and engage diverse audiences.
- Customer-first mindset with a systems thinking approach; you design enablement with learner needs and real-world application at the center.
- Huge plus if you are familiar with the GRC/Security space or have worked in a highly technical environment.
- Open to using AI to amplify their skills and strengthen their work - demonstrating curiosity, a willingness to learn, and sound judgment in applying AI responsibly to improve efficiency and impact.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for current or future employer sponsorship.
What you can expect as a Vanta’n:
- Industry-competitive salary and equity.
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, with 100% of employee-only benefit premiums covered for most medical plans.
- 16 weeks paid Parental Leave for all new parents.
- Health & wellness stipend.
- Remote workspace, internet, and cellphone stipend.
- Commuter benefits for team members who report to the SF and NYC office.
- Family planning benefits.
- Matching 401(k) contribution with immediate vesting.
- Flexible PTO policy, plus 80 hours of Sick Time.
- 11 company-paid holidays.
- Virtual team building activities, lunch and learns, and other company-wide events!
- Offices in SF, NYC, London, Dublin, Tel Aviv, and Sydney.

About Vanta
We started in 2018, in the wake of several high-profile data breaches. Vanta was inspired by a vision to restore trust in internet businesses by enabling companies to improve and prove their security. From our early days automating security monitoring for compliance standards like SOC 2, HIPAA and ISO 27001 to creating the world's leading Trust Management Platform, our vision remains unchanged.
Now more than ever, making security continuous—not just a point-in-time check—is essential. Thousands of companies rely on Vanta to build, maintain and demonstrate their trust—all in a way that's real-time and transparent.

Frame credentials around compliance program delivery
Vanta's core product is security and compliance automation, so your resume should highlight program management experience tied to SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar frameworks. Reviewers will connect faster with delivery outcomes in regulated technical environments than general PM credentials.
Confirm your visa type before applying
Vanta sponsors H-1B, TN, and F-1 OPT and CPT, but each has different timing requirements. If your OPT expires within six months of a target start date, address cap-gap coverage and STEM OPT extension eligibility upfront so the recruiter isn't navigating that discovery mid-process.
Target roles requiring cross-functional coordination experience
Vanta's Project Program Manager openings consistently emphasize stakeholder alignment across engineering, sales, and customer success. Roles asking for experience running parallel workstreams in a SaaS or compliance-adjacent environment signal the strongest fit for sponsorship consideration at this company.
Understand how H-1B specialty occupation applies here
USCIS evaluates H-1B eligibility on whether the role requires a specific bachelor's degree or higher in a related field. For program management at a technology company, framing your degree in information systems, computer science, or engineering directly strengthens the specialty occupation argument in your petition.
Ask about LCA filing timing during the offer stage
Your employer must file a Labor Condition Application with the DOL before USCIS can process your H-1B petition. During offer negotiations, confirm the intended start date gives enough lead time for LCA certification, which typically adds two to four weeks before the I-129 can be submitted.
Use Migrate Mate to filter open roles by visa type
Vanta posts Project Program Manager openings across multiple levels and teams. Use Migrate Mate to filter for positions confirmed to offer H-1B or TN sponsorship, so you're spending time on roles where your visa situation is already accounted for in the hiring process.

Does Vanta sponsor H-1B visas for Project Program Managers?
Yes, Vanta sponsors H-1B visas for Project Program Manager roles. The company operates in compliance technology, a sector where specialty occupation requirements for program management positions are well-established. If you're applying on H-1B, your petition will need to demonstrate that the role requires a degree in a specific technical or business-adjacent field, not just a general bachelor's degree.
How do I apply for Project Program Manager jobs at Vanta?
Vanta posts Project Program Manager openings on its careers page, and you can also find sponsorship-confirmed listings through Migrate Mate. Before applying, tailor your application to highlight cross-functional delivery experience in SaaS or compliance environments. If you require visa sponsorship, stating that clearly in your application or early in recruiter screening prevents misalignment later in the process.
Which visa types does Vanta commonly use for Project Program Manager roles?
Vanta sponsors H-1B, TN, F-1 OPT, and F-1 CPT for Project Program Manager positions, as well as EB-2 and EB-3 immigrant visa categories for longer-term pathways. TN is available to Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying professional categories. F-1 OPT candidates should factor in STEM OPT extension eligibility and cap-gap coverage when planning their application timeline.
What qualifications does Vanta expect for Project Program Manager candidates?
Vanta's Project Program Manager roles typically require a bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or information systems field, combined with hands-on experience coordinating complex workstreams across engineering and go-to-market teams. Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOC 2 or ISO 27001 is a recurring theme in job descriptions, reflecting the company's core product focus on security automation.
How long does the visa sponsorship process take for a role at Vanta?
Timeline depends heavily on visa type. For H-1B, USCIS standard processing runs three to five months after the April 1 filing window, with premium processing available to reduce that to roughly two to three weeks. TN sponsorship can move faster since it doesn't require USCIS petition approval for Canadian nationals. Factor in the DOL Labor Condition Application certification period, which adds two to four weeks before any H-1B petition can be filed.
