ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for an Architect to join our St. George office. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in design and documentation who contributes across multiple project phases and works effectively within a collaborative team environment.
What You’ll Do
- Work on multiple phases of design, including conceptual design, design development, and construction documents.
- Contribute to design ideas, evaluate options, and help develop creative and practical solutions.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and project teams to support coordination and integration of building systems.
- Take ownership of defined project tasks and deliverables with increasing independence.
- Support permitting efforts and assist with submittals, RFIs, and construction phase activities.
- Adhere to design standards, codes, and best practices while continuing to build technical expertise.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
What We’re Looking For
We know that great candidates come with a variety of backgrounds. Ideally, you bring:
- A degree in Architecture (required).
- Approximately 3–8 years of professional architectural experience.
- Working knowledge of design and production software (Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Suite, etc.).
- Growing understanding of building systems, documentation, and project coordination.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Licensure is not required but is supported and encouraged.
