Align your resume to Veeva's tech stack
Veeva runs on Salesforce-based CRM and its own Vault platform. Frame your resume around CRM configuration, requirements gathering for SaaS products, or cross-functional systems projects. Generic BA experience won't stand out against candidates with direct platform familiarity.
Target roles tied to Veeva's core verticals
Business Systems Analysis openings at Veeva cluster around commercial, quality, and clinical operations. Prioritize postings in those verticals over general IT BA roles. Employers filing for specialty occupation visas need a tight degree-to-role match, so alignment helps your petition hold up.
Confirm your visa type early in conversations
Veeva sponsors multiple visa categories including H-1B, TN, and F-1 OPT. On OPT, you have up to 12 months of authorized work before any H-1B petition is needed. Clarify which category fits your situation before your first recruiter screen to avoid late-stage surprises.
Prepare for a structured interview process
Veeva's BA interviews typically include a case study or process mapping exercise alongside behavioral rounds. Document specific examples of systems implementations or stakeholder requirements you've managed. Strong technical documentation samples from past roles give you a concrete edge.
Use Migrate Mate to filter open roles by visa type
Not every Business Systems Analysis posting at Veeva makes sponsorship eligibility obvious. Use Migrate Mate to filter Veeva's open roles by the visa types they actively sponsor, so you spend time on positions where your status is already supported.
Understand how your LCA affects your start date
Before Veeva can file an H-1B petition with USCIS, the Department of Labor must certify a Labor Condition Application specifying your worksite and prevailing wage. Factor in DOL processing time when negotiating a start date so your offer timeline is realistic.

Does Veeva Systems sponsor H-1B visas for Business Systems Analysiss?
Yes, Veeva Systems sponsors H-1B visas for Business Systems Analysis roles. The company has an active sponsorship track record for this function across its commercial, quality, and clinical operations teams. If you're subject to the H-1B cap, timing your application to the annual April lottery window is essential, since cap-subject petitions can only be filed once per fiscal year cycle.
Which visa types does Veeva Systems commonly use for Business Systems Analysis roles?
Veeva sponsors H-1B and H-1B1 visas for most full-time Business Systems Analysis hires. The company also supports F-1 OPT and CPT, which cover recent graduates during their authorized training period. TN status is available for Canadian and Mexican nationals in qualifying categories. EB-2 and EB-3 Green Card sponsorship is an option for longer-term employees pursuing permanent residence.
What qualifications does Veeva Systems expect for Business Systems Analysis roles?
Veeva typically looks for a bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, business, or a related field. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, or enterprise SaaS products is a strong differentiator. For specialty occupation visa sponsorship, your degree field needs to have a direct and logical relationship to the BA role you're applying for, so framing that connection clearly on your resume matters.
How do I apply for Business Systems Analysis jobs at Veeva Systems?
You can browse and apply for Business Systems Analysis openings at Veeva directly through Migrate Mate, which filters roles by visa sponsorship eligibility so you can confirm your status is supported before applying. Veeva's interview process for BA roles generally includes a technical case study and behavioral interviews, so preparing documentation samples and process mapping examples in advance will strengthen your application.
How do I plan my timeline when pursuing H-1B sponsorship through Veeva Systems?
If you need a cap-subject H-1B, registration opens in March and USCIS runs the lottery shortly after. A standard approved petition has an October 1 start date. If you're on F-1 OPT, confirm your OPT expiration date lines up with this cycle. Veeva must also file a certified Labor Condition Application with the DOL before submitting your I-129 petition, so build that step into your expected timeline.
