Target engineering and technical roles

Understand which visa types they support
Watts Water has sponsored Green Card pathways including EB-2 and EB-3 classifications, along with F-1 OPT and CPT for students, and TN visas for Canadian and Mexican professionals. Tailor your application to the category that fits your background.
Leverage F-1 OPT and CPT as an entry point
If you're on an F-1 student visa, Watts Water's OPT and CPT sponsorship history makes it worth targeting for internships or early-career roles. This can establish a relationship before pursuing longer-term immigration support.
Canadian and Mexican professionals should highlight TN eligibility
Watts Water sponsors TN visas, which suits engineers and scientists from Canada and Mexico. When applying, make it easy for recruiters to see your TN eligibility upfront since it simplifies the sponsorship process for the employer.
Research open roles that match sponsored job categories
Manufacturing companies like Watts Water tend to sponsor roles tied to core operations. Search for open positions in product development, quality engineering, and operations management. Migrate Mate surfaces verified sponsors so you can filter by real sponsorship history.
Be prepared for a longer Green Card timeline
Watts Water's Green Card sponsorship involves EB-2 or EB-3 pathways, both of which include a PERM labor certification stage. Expect a multi-year process and raise the Green Card question early in conversations with HR to set realistic expectations.

Based on available sponsorship data, Watts Water Technologies does not have a strong track record of H-1B visa sponsorship. The company's immigration support appears focused on Green Card pathways such as EB-2 and EB-3, along with F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and TN visas. Sponsorship at manufacturing companies like Watts Water is typically concentrated in roles that meet specialty occupation standards, such as mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, product development specialists, and quality assurance professionals. Roles tied directly to the company's core flow control and water quality product lines are the most viable targets for immigration support.
How do I find open visa-sponsored jobs at Watts Water Technologies?
Migrate Mate is the most efficient way to find verified sponsorship opportunities at companies like Watts Water Technologies. You can filter by visa type and company to surface roles where sponsorship has been confirmed through actual filing data, rather than relying on job postings that may not reflect real immigration support.
How do I approach the sponsorship conversation when applying to Watts Water Technologies?
Raise your visa situation early, ideally once there is mutual interest after an initial screening. Be specific about which visa category applies to you and why it is straightforward for the employer. For TN applicants, emphasizing the speed and simplicity of the process helps. For Green Card seekers, acknowledge the timeline and demonstrate long-term commitment to the role.
