An overview of your responsibilities:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Analyst to support data-driven decision-making within our Industrial Equipment Manufacturing business. This role plays a critical part in optimizing sales performance through insightful reporting, CRM data management, and market analysis. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with hands-on experience in CRM systems and a proactive interest in enhancing CRM functionality to improve sales processes, visibility, and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Performance & Reporting:
- Develop, maintain, and enhance sales dashboards and reports to track KPIs, pipeline health, and revenue performance
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth
- Provide regular and ad hoc reporting to sales leadership and cross-functional teams
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems
CRM Management & Development:
- Serve as a key user and subject-matter expert for the company’s CRM platform (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce)
- Maintain data quality, enforce standards, and support user adoption across sales teams
- Partner with sales, marketing, and IT teams to improve CRM workflows, automation, and functionality
- Identify opportunities to expand CRM capabilities and contribute to system enhancements, configuration, and optimization
Market & Business Analysis:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis specific to the industrial equipment manufacturing industry

Sales Operations Support:

Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a Sales Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or equivalent)
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Experience creating reports and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

- Experience in industrial equipment manufacturing or related B2B industries
