What We're Looking For:
The Supervisor Operations manages the day-to-day execution of Zebra’s manufacturing, distribution or repair businesses, with direct oversight and accountability for the people, productivity, safety, quality and other KPIS with the associated business/site.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manages up to 35 employees and/or contract workers in an operational area. Is directly responsible for the hiring, onboarding, training, performance and engagement of the staff.
- Assigns daily work, monitors progress, engages to resolve obstacles to ensure KPIS are met.
- Collaborates with peers across shifts and functions to support optimized performance across the site/business.
- Intentionally engages to drive a culture of belonging, development, safety, continuous improvement and high performance.
- Models Zebra’s culture and values for the teams they lead.
- Compiles and analyzes operational data. Prepares reports for leadership that include proposals to address performance gaps in the team.
- Evaluates performance of subordinates, provides coaching and feedback to support success. Conducts performance appraisals and determines pay increases for direct reports in alignment with Zebra’s philosophies and practices.
- Partners with Human Resources to recommend personnel actions such as promotions, transfers, discharges and discipline.
- Participates or leads projects as assigned.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
Minimum Education:
Preferred Education: Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent supervisory experience in a related industry
Minimum Work Experience (years):
6-9 years’ experience including minimum 1 year as team lead/supervisor
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Must possess strong problem solving, decision-making and analytical skills.
- Intermediate level skills in MS Office and Microsoft systems
- Working knowledge of ISO standards and guidelines
- Knowledge of quality and statistical analysis tools and methodologies

Pay Range:
$76,640.00 - $114,960.00 Annual
Incentive Compensation:
In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 10% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.
