Align your credentials to specialty occupation standards
Zoox Supply Chain roles often require a degree in supply chain management, engineering, or operations research. Confirm your credential directly maps to the role title, since USCIS scrutinizes specialty occupation claims closely for logistics-adjacent positions.
Target roles involving autonomous vehicle procurement
Zoox hires Supply Chain specialists who understand hardware components unique to AV platforms, like lidar, sensor arrays, and custom compute modules. Positioning your experience around technical sourcing or supplier qualification for complex electronics strengthens your candidacy significantly.
Find open Supply Chain roles through Migrate Mate
Zoox posts Supply Chain openings across procurement, logistics, and supplier development functions. Use Migrate Mate to filter for Zoox roles that actively indicate visa sponsorship, so you apply only where your visa category is a realistic fit.
Clarify your visa category before the offer stage
Zoox sponsors multiple visa types including H-1B, E-3, TN, and F-1 OPT. Knowing which category applies to you before interviews lets you address sponsorship requirements confidently and prevents delays when the recruiter asks how they can support you.
Time your application around F-1 OPT cap-gap exposure
If you're on F-1 OPT and your employer files an H-1B petition before April 1, cap-gap protections extend your work authorization through September 30. Starting the Zoox application process early enough to capture that window prevents an employment gap during onboarding.
Prepare supplier qualification documentation before interviews
Zoox's Supply Chain team works with novel, low-volume suppliers for AV-specific parts. Bringing documented examples of supplier audits, qualification processes, or NPI coordination demonstrates exactly the operational experience their hiring managers look for in technical sourcing roles.

Find Supply Chain at Zoox JobsFrequently Asked Questions
Does Zoox sponsor H-1B visas for Supply Chain roles?
Yes, Zoox sponsors H-1B visas for Supply Chain positions. The H-1B is the most commonly used work visa for specialty occupation roles in supply chain management, procurement, and logistics operations. Zoox files petitions through the annual H-1B lottery process, so timing your offer and application relative to the April 1 filing window matters if you are not already H-1B cap-exempt.
How do I apply for Supply Chain jobs at Zoox?
Apply directly through Zoox's careers page and tailor your resume to highlight experience with technical sourcing, supplier management, or operations in hardware-intensive environments. Migrate Mate lists Zoox Supply Chain openings filtered by visa sponsorship eligibility, which makes it easier to identify roles where your specific visa category is a realistic fit before you invest time in the application.
Which visa types does Zoox commonly sponsor for Supply Chain positions?
Zoox sponsors a broad range of visa categories for Supply Chain roles, including H-1B, H-1B1, E-3, TN, EB-2, EB-3, F-1 OPT, F-1 CPT, and J-1. The right category depends on your nationality, degree, and current status. Australian citizens typically pursue the E-3, Canadian and Mexican nationals often use TN, and most other international candidates go through the H-1B lottery.
What qualifications does Zoox look for in Supply Chain candidates?
Zoox prioritizes candidates with a bachelor's degree or higher in supply chain management, industrial engineering, operations research, or a related technical field. Hands-on experience with supplier qualification, demand planning, or procurement for complex hardware, particularly in automotive, aerospace, or consumer electronics, is strongly valued. Familiarity with AV or robotics hardware supply chains is a meaningful differentiator.
How do I navigate the visa filing timeline for a Supply Chain offer at Zoox?
Once you receive an offer, Zoox's immigration team typically works with outside counsel to prepare your petition. For H-1B, USCIS registration opens in March and the lottery runs in April, so offers extended in late winter carry the most favorable timing. For E-3 and TN categories, there is no lottery and processing can move within weeks, giving those nationalities a faster path from offer to start date.
