- Develop project estimates in alignment with applicable engineering standards, specifications, and approved design assumptions to support accurate pricing and executable project scopes.
- Collaborate with Engineering leadership, Sales, and Customer Service teams to improve estimating and bidding processes.
- Assist customers and prospective customers with product and service inquiries and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Forecast project costs by evaluating current and future economic conditions that may affect pricing.
- Prepare accurate sales activity, forecasting, and expense-tracking reports.
- Participate in sales meetings, workshops, training sessions, and professional organizations.
- Maintain and expand technical, product, financial, and sales knowledge.
Pre-Construction Engineer Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- Experience with BidTracer CRM preferred
- Experience in the construction environment preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication
