As a Senior Manager – Design & Construction with Hines, you will support the planning and delivery of development and capital projects throughout Northern California. Working alongside Development Managers and senior members of the Design & Construction team, you will help manage projects from early planning through construction and closeout while supporting project budgets, schedules, quality, safety, and overall project execution.

This role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of projects, including residential, mixed-use, industrial, commercial, multifamily, data center, and capital improvement work throughout Northern California. Project assignments will vary based on business needs and provide exposure to a range of asset types and delivery methods.

You will work closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to help deliver successful projects across Northern California.

Minimum Requirements Include:

This position offers the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects while building experience across multiple asset types and phases of development. As responsibilities grow, there will be opportunities to take on increasingly complex assignments within Hines' Design & Construction organization.

You enjoy solving problems, working collaboratively, and helping move projects forward. You are organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities while supporting a project team. You communicate effectively, build strong relationships with consultants and contractors, and take ownership of your work.
