As a Financial Consultant Partner (FCP), you’ll partner with Senior Financial Consultant(s) to support and grow affluent practice. In this client-facing role, you’ll strengthen relationships, deliver personalized service, and build advisory skills through hands-on experience and mentorship.
You’ll play a key role connecting clients and advisors, uncovering opportunities, and delivering consistent, high-quality client experience. This role is ideal for a licensed professional who is client-focused, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow their impact and expertise.
- Build strong relationships with Senior Financial Consultant(s) and serve as a trusted partner in supporting their practice, client engagement, service, and ongoing business development
- Support delivery of client solutions aligned to financial goals
- Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and drive growth
- Prepare for and support client meetings, including documentation and follow-up
- Collaborate across the branch and firm to deliver seamless client experience
- Maintain accurate client information and support daily operations

- Afterward, continue your development through hands-on training and mentorship in your branch, partnering closely with your manager, peers, and mentors for guidance tailored to your goals.
- The Financial Consultant Partner role provides a clear path toward a Financial Consultant position, building your client relationships, business development skills, and financial expertise.

- In addition to base pay, this role offers bonus and incentive opportunities tied to performance.
What you have
The expertise you bring:
- Currently hold or obtain, under a condition of employment, the FINRA Series 7 license required.
- Currently hold or obtain, under a condition of employment, the FINRA Series 66 (63/65) license and Life & Health Insurance as it will be required during your tenure on the job
- Relevant experience in financial services or a similar client-facing, sales, or advisory environment preferred
