Our agency opened in 2024 and has quickly grown into a team of four who are focused on helping people build a plan and protect what matters most. Before becoming an agent, I spent 23 years in the agricultural business working in sales, marketing, and product management, which gave me a strong foundation in customer relationships and strategic thinking.
I’m married with two kids, and my wife works as a travel agent, so we love exploring new places together. Outside of work, I enjoy wine, food, and travel. I stay active in the community as a Nebraska City Tourism & Commerce Board Member and a Kappa Foundation Board Member, supporting local initiatives and growth.

Eric Ford - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
