Gordie’s Grooming is a modern, full-service dog grooming salon located in the heart of Downtown Gilbert. We take pride in providing professional, compassionate care for dogs while delivering an exceptional customer experience for their owners.
Hours:
8am-5pm Tuesday through Saturday
Position:
We are looking for a friendly and professional Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist with 3+ years of customer service experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in person, and be comfortable working in a busy salon environment. Experience with MoeGo software is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and dogs warmly, ensuring a welcoming experience
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
- Check dogs in and out for grooming services
- Process payments accurately (cash, card, tips)
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding services, policies, and expectations
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
- Support groomers and management with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- 3+ years of customer service experience (reception, retail, hospitality, or similar)
- Experience with MoeGo software preferred
- Strong communication skills, in person and over the phone
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Passion for dogs and excellent people skills
