We are seeking a reliable, organized, and welcoming General Service - Receptionist to manage our front desk operations and support daily general administrative activities for our plant. As the first point of contact for our facility, you will maintain a safe, clean, and efficient office environment, handle office logistics, and serve as a vital bridge between local operations and global HQ policies.

【Key Responsibilities】

1. Front Desk & Reception Management
● Greet and assist all visitors, clients, and contractors professionally, ensuring seamless check-in procedures and security compliance.
● Handle incoming calls, respond to general inquiries promptly, and route callers to the appropriate team members.
● Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries daily.

2. Executive & Administrative Support
● Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external team communications.
● Maintain office, kitchen, and restroom cleanliness and hygiene standards to ensure a professional and welcoming environment.
● Collaborate with HR to plan, organize, and execute internal company events and team gatherings.

3. Inventory Management & Operational Procurement
● Oversee inventory levels for office supplies, operational gear, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE); handle routine purchasing to ensure uninterrupted factory/office operations.
● Track and maintain accurate records for office and production material orders.
● Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets, administrative reports, and operational documentation for local management and HQ review.
