About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations across our North American business, supporting employees throughout the United States and Mexico. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership and own employee relations, compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, talent development, compliance, and acquisition integrations. The ideal candidate thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys building scalable HR programs that support business growth.

Qualifications

Required

- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or standalone HR role.
- Proven experience managing HR across multiple legal entities or subsidiaries, ideally in an outsourced or multi-site environment.
- Strong knowledge of US employment law; familiarity with Mexican labor law is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with benefits administration, compensation benchmarking, and payroll coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to manage HR integrations through mergers, acquisitions, or rapid headcount growth.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust at all levels of the organization.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a lean HR setup with limited administrative support.
- Willingness and ability to travel 10–20% of the time across the US and occasionally internationally.

Preferred

- Prior exposure to global HR operations with an HQ in India or another APAC country.
- Experience working within a holding company or multi-subsidiary structure.
- Familiarity with HR operations in Mexico, including IMSS, PTU, and local compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in an HRIS platform (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, Rippling) and standard HR reporting tools.
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Spanish is advantageous but not required.
