Hourly Rate: $30-$32 per/hour based on experience

As a Senior Human Resources Coordinator, you're not just an integral part of the Human Resources department - you're spreading the hight and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.
Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Act as one of the first points of contact between hotel team members, managers and the Human Resources Team
- Provide elevated customer service to internal and external guests by leveraging interpersonal communication skills
- In partnership with Human Resources leadership, own the employment life cycle of team members to include onboarding and separation
- Participate in compliance and customer service training initiatives
- Coordinate hotel recognition and engagement initiatives to include weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual celebrations
- Administers and maintains electronic and paper date to include HRIS Systems and excel logs
- Create Communication materials to include flyers, newsletters, presentations, and other attractive visual media
- Communicate complex issues and challenges to Human Resources leadership
- maintain current knowledge and understanding of the Human Resources functions
