ABOUT THE ROLE
As Senior Manager, Digital Content Experience, you will lead the strategic vision and operational execution for all written and visual content experiences on Kohl's.com product pages. You will drive content transformation by spearheading artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities, automation and technology integration to enhance customer confidence and conversion. You will lead multidisciplinary content and enablement teams and serve as a key partner to Kohl's Technology to bridge strategy and execution.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Develop and drive the strategic vision for digital content experience, both written and visual, on Kohl's.com, advancing transformation and innovation through future systems, user experience, automation and AI capabilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of digital initiatives, acting as a connector between strategy and successful outcomes for content experience
- Partner strategically with Kohl's Technology to lead digital content projects, drive automation, AI innovation and implement scalable technology solutions
- Identify and analyze workload bottlenecks, process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement through scalable solutions and workflows
- Establish and evolve content experience standards, guidelines and best practices to ensure clarity, consistency, accuracy, and brand voice across all Product Detail Page (PDP) content
- Leverage data, customer insights and performance metrics to prioritize work, optimize content effectiveness and inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership and teams to incorporate digital content experience into customer-facing initiatives and influence strategic decisions
- Advocate and drive change management and adoption of new technologies and methodologies across content teams and stakeholders
- Define and champion the strategic vision for AI adoption across the function, leading high-impact initiatives and fostering a culture of data-driven innovation to drive significant business growth and efficiency gain
- Manage, coach and develop high-performing teams in written content, visual content and digital enablement, overseeing the operational execution and successful deployment of content onto Kohl's.com
- Additional tasks may be assigned
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Digital Content Management, Product Information or a related field
- 3-5 years of leadership or management experience overseeing teams or complex projects
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- Experience in a high-volume E-commerce, Technology or Retail environment
