Job Description:
Who we’re looking for:
- Client’s Final Assembly Production Engineering Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Department Admin.
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative assistant to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have experience managing calendars and scheduling appointments.
- The primary responsibility of our group is to support in development and implementation of new model preparation at NAMC (North America Manufacturing Centers) sites.
- The administrator will support the engineering team in the entering, tracking and managing of requisitions and Purchase Orders for capital equipment procurement.
- Operating budget tracking, visualization and managing.
- Supporting the tracking of assets created through our systems as well as asset determinations based on our accounting rules.
- Reporting to the Assembly Senior Engineering Manager, the person in this role will support the Production Engineering Assembly department's objective to support Assembly Process and Equipment Development for new model launch, refurbishment and Kaizen.

- Requisition tracking & entering
- Update internal budget tracking files and cross reference SAP/Ariba
- Support determination of asset allocations for equipment
- Purchase Order entering & Tracking
- Ringi Budget Update Reports
- Excel Based Tracking File Updates
- Ringi Spend Management Database Link and Updates
- Technical Assistance Manpower Database Update
- Ariba/SAP reports and cross checks
- Admin Process Improvements and asset creation/tracking
Requirements
What you bring:
- Associate’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, Management or equivalent experience in an Administration Position in a business environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Productions
- Proficient in MS Excel (ability to quickly create formulas, manage spreadsheets, charts graphs)
- Proficient in typing (60+ Words Per Minute)
- Ability to communicate effectively and work in a professional office environment
- Proficient in learning new databases and apps in business systems
- Ability to work up to 20% overtime when required
