ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support property and operations teams across our commercial office portfolio in the preparation and/or review of contracts.
- Develop and maintain a central contract database; track contract status, expiration dates, and renewals.
- Work with Legal to ensure contract terms are aligned with Related's approved templates and risk standards.
- Liaise with Risk Management regarding insurance requirements and vendor compliance.
- Serve as a key stakeholder in the development, launch, and ongoing administration of Related's CLM tool.
- Collaborate with IT, Legal, and Operations to refine workflows, standardize templates, and train end users.
- Identify and implement process enhancements to drive efficiency and accuracy in contract management across our commercial properties.
COMPENSATION
- Salary: $120,000 - $130,000/yr + Discretionary Bonus

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in contract administration, preferably in commercial property management, office real estate operations, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business Administration or related discipline.
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with teams across departments and properties.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and navigate sensitive issues professionally.
- Demonstrates accountability and reliability by taking full ownership of projects and outcomes, prioritizing precision and attention to detail, and approaching challenges with grit, resilience, and proactive problem-solving, while continuously engaging in learning and development to enhance performance.
