Myle is growing its government and healthcare contracts across the country. You’ll own the full bid cycle: find the right opportunities, write the proposals, attend pre-bid meetings and presentations, and submit on time, working directly with leadership on pricing and decisions.
What you'll do
- Track bids nationwide and keep Myle registered on federal, state and local procurement portals, including SAM.gov
- Review each opportunity with leadership and recommend which ones to pursue
- Run every response from start to finish: read the solicitation, build a compliance checklist, submit questions, attend pre-bid meetings, write, gather forms and certificates, and submit on time
- Work with leadership on pricing, including cost per trip and budget forms
- Represent Myle at pre-bid conferences, site visits and oral presentations
- Prepare for upcoming renewals: track contract end dates, meet procurement officers early and line up teaming partners
- Build teaming and subcontracting agreements with prime contractors and brokers
- Request a debrief after every decision and use it to win the next one
- Keep a library of past performance, references, resumes and standard answers ready to reuse
- Keep Myle's bid tracker current and report on the pipeline every week
What you need
- 5+ years writing and managing responses to government RFPs, RFQs and RFIs
- Experience running bids end to end on your own, from finding the opportunity to submitting it, without a proposal team behind you
- Comfortable presenting Myle at pre-bid meetings and oral presentations
- Experience bidding to transit agencies, state Medicaid programs, counties, the VA or other federal agencies
- Hands-on experience with SAM.gov and state and local bid portals
- A record of winning bids, with examples you can share
- Strong writing and editing, and comfort running several bids at once on tight deadlines
- Comfort with pricing worksheets and budget forms in Excel
- Fluent in English, spoken and written

- Experience in transportation, paratransit or NEMT
- APMP certification, the main credential for proposal managers
- Knowledge of small and minority-owned business certification programs (DBE, MWBE)
